Hi, this is Manthan Shah, With due respect i have to say that i am a regular reader of digit magazine. In December 2009 issue of digit i have got 4 dvds but two dvd is not working. I want to request Jasubhai digital media to kindly take an action for that dvd and provide me with a correct one. I shall be really obliged to them for that. Due to that i am unable to use many useful softwares provided in it. Plz help me sir as soon as possible.

Hi guys,
In the rare occasion that you get errors in the discs, or find that a disc is missing, (as in Kumar's case) write a mail to [protected]@thinkdigit.com with your complaint details. If you ever fail to get a response from the Help Desk in 2 working days, re-send your mail with a CC to me (robert.[protected]@9dot9.in), and I will have the complaint addressed immediately. I should also add here that Jasubhai Digital Media was bought over by 9.9 Media over 2 years ago. Digit Magazine is published by 9.9 Media, and not Jasubhai Digital Media.
