[Resolved]  Jayashree — non receipt of correspondence

Respected Sirs/Madams,

For the postal education, the correspondence not receiving for the Madras University because of the University people wrongly writing the address. Even the students received the correspondence by the grace of the postman, the classes will be over. Like that near about 4 classes missed.

Please note: The students of the correspondence course are working people, may be at the lowest range or higher range and with that money only they are paying your fees.

But your people when they come for enquiry you are scolding them even your side is wrong i.e. wrongly writing the address.

Because of mising the classes, in exam they are not able to write. In practical classes, if they are not able to write your people are scolding them to get away from the examination. Why ? you are collecting the fee, and if it is late with late fee you are collecting.

And more over you are not posting the correspondence correctly. Is your aim is only collecting the fees and not allowing them to write the exam ? off course because of not attending the classes ( that too your mistake) some of the questions they are not able to answer.

Please be kind with the studends, may be your people also having children. With the public money only you are getting the salary. Don't be horsh with them and do the duty properly and don't blame them with out any mistake.
