dear sir/madam
my name is brigu mehandru and i am a trader and property dealer in north india. I had many buyers for your brand in himachal, punjab nd delhi(ncr), so i contacted two of your companies marketing representative in punjab. Their names were atul and rahul. Both of them has given me prices including their commissions. What i asked for, was give me a good non trade price so that i can sell your product to my buyers as i have many orders in bulk with me right now but they misguided me and commited a certain price which they changed later. I asked them the straight companies number as well which they are not willing to provide and playin games with us in prices. My buyers are waiting for my response as they have immediate requirement but your company marketing people are really unprofessional to us. i contacted them again but they are speaking quite rudely on the phone. I just want to know that does jaypee group treats their buyers like this. Buyers are the life line of any manufacturing unit and they should be dealt in a proper way, which your company people are not doin by the way
so please tell me the straight contact number of your company as i want ti deal straight with the company only without any middle person as i have all orders in bulk

We are into the Infrastructure development and are using Jaypee Cement since last long. We have used more than 10, 000 bags in our Project. In last consigement of one truck load of 320 bags, we have checked randomly 20 bags and found that bags are weighing anywhere between 41 to 43.5 kgs. We have informed the same to dealer but he is not ready to comment on it. Please advise contact person of this company for complaint redressal.

Dear Sir, i on behalf of one of the biggest construction company of North Punjab (Srihti Constructions) would like to appritiate the quality and service of Jaypee cements specially in Punjab.
I had been associated with Mr Sarv Mitter Gupta, Sh Atul Sharma and Sh Rahul Verma at jalandhar who had done exellent job in promoting Jaypee Brand.
However i was wondering with a complaint some had mentioned about the service part he had suffered but then i feel volume actually matters as that guy looked to be some local property dealer to me.
Any ways i would wish Jaypee all the best for their future endeavours and wish its hardworking team all the best.
