[Resolved]  Jaypee Group — Payment settlement

I tried to book tickets on 23. 11. 2008 twice through my obc account, but tickets could not be booked. On the other hand the amount was debited from my account twice. Status as indicated at irctc website is showing that amount is refunded but on checking in my account it is not showing credited. The details are as follows

JAYPEE GROUP — not receiving premium receipt of my Policy No. 00374702

Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that i had already send so many mails to u but no action about my complaint. Again i m requesting you kindly send me a soft copy of premium receipt (which is very important and proof) in my Email. id which is given above.
