[Resolved]  Jaypee Wishtown Klassic — Delay in construction

This project got pre-launched in November 2008 with a promise to deliver in 3 years. For those who booked in 2008 it's been more than 15 months after allotment, nothing in visibilty above ground. Moreover contractors that have been allocated to the project "Ashiana Buildtech" have already much complaints about them for quality they delivered in Olive County & Orange County. For the price we've paid 3300 per sq ft as compared to competitors 3C/Logix 2975 per sqft - it seems we all will be compromised on quality of project & time to deliver. We invested in Jaypee after considering reputation it has to deliver Quality & timely projects. Why not contractors like Alluwalia given the job to finish the towers- who are superb in quality of construction & time to deliver.

Jaypee builders are just not taking anyone seriously and lets join hands and proceed with consumer case against them as soon as possible.

I agree. I have also invested in Jaypee Wishtown Klassic and have the same opinion about construction progress. The construction seems to be months behind schedule and even the basement car park has not been completed after almost 2 years post launch. This is a pathetic state of affairs for Jaypee. I had also invested in Jaypee based on their reputation but it seems Jaypee is bent on destroying that reputation by not focussing on current projects but instead spending all of investor money in launching new projects.
Stay away from Jaypee Greens...!! Their customer service is pathetic.
jaypee has cheated all its investors ...today is april 2011 and i booked a house in nov 2008 ...so 3 years on NOT EVEN 1 floor built !! jaypee is deliberately delaying the construction i am now worried WILL IT EVER BE CONSTRUCTED !! I am planning to approach consumer court and am seeking legal advice with the papers i have currently.
jaypee is a cheat and has cheated and commited fraud with our hard earned money !!
I too agree with the views. Jaypee is a cheat group. The quality of work done so far is far below industry standards. They are using rusted reinforcement. The biggest problem with these cheats is that they do not bother to reply to mails or calls also. These shameless characters do not mind sending the letters for more money. The way project is being managed, I don't think it will be over in next 10 years also.
i think we should all think of some action against jaypee. If all the investors will put pressure on him collectively then i think something fruitful will happen. Atleast we all can go to there office at the same time and put pressure on them.

Listen Guyes... earlier it was delay in construction due to some reasons.. But now Jaypee is very aggresive on his constriction In wish town and as well as in Aman and others projects please come to My office and i will show you the progress of All Jaypee projects...

Do not buy through Buniyaad.I bought a flat through Buniyaad brokers and they showed me some other unit and the allotment letter which came from JP had opposite numbering.When escalated Buniyaad team washed off its hands saying JP has changed the numbering plan which is not true.
I bought in Dec 2011 right now also only the basement is getting digged and i am also being told that it will be ready to move after 3 years.So how long its going to fool people.
Yes it very trues. The Jaypee Klassic Wishtown was supposed to be handed over in 3 years and now it is another 2 years that have gone by. There is still no news. Isn't there a clause for them being liable in case of delay. They should be charged for it. When we delay in making our payments they immediately charge us a hug eamount of penalty without even given us a reminder .
I do agree that Jay Pee has taken our money for this project and used it some where else. Made false promises to deliver flats in time and charges heavy interest if some one has delayed his installment. What face they have now to not to pay us back penalty charges. I am of the view to take legal action against them. I want to know if some like minded people can come together to fight the fraud behaviour of the builder. Yes we all know that we all who have invested with Jay Pee were unlucky because we could have invested with other builders like 3 C were also enterning the market at the same time and all inversors are very happy. I think let's unite and show some strength against the injustice being done by Jay Pee.

They don't even have NOC from the authority for Kalypso Project, as they are stuck up in Bird Sanctuary radius issue.
Current construction is so slow that it may take another two years more.. Pathetic speed..Already huge delay project..Let do something... else only shouting here may not help..
Jaypee has proved to be like any other builder, unreliable and untrustworthy. They promised to deliver Pavillion Heights 1 within three years but it's already more than a year delay and yet there is no chance of its delivery for another year. The work is progressing at a nails pace. It's service has been really pathetic. And above all they are charging 18% interest on delay payments but in case of delay in delivery of flats it promises to pay compensation at the rate of only Rs10/ sq ft which would work out to only less than 3% annually on the invested amount. It's down right cheating. Any advice
i too booked in Jaypee klassic shaurya and it seems that i am being trapped . Please let me know if anyone is thinking to go for legal action against this fraud company
In fact ONGC employees have booked their dream house in KNG-I, 2, and3 ( Klassic )in April2010. It is going to be five years for the construction of above Towers.Whenever I had gone to your Office at Noida every time the time line hasshifted by 6 months. Now, there is a date given that by May 2016 the possession
will be given.
As I am retiring2016, I need a house to live in whichhas taken double the time the jaypee has announced and still the dream is far.
I would like that these lines of mine should be forwarded to person who is in decision making or else I have to knock the door of Gaurs OR COURT.

Delay in their project by over an year as committed to me, in spite of my repeated correspondence i have not heard any thing from them yet. What do i do i am suffering big time with the bank now.
I booked a 2BHK duplex in Wishtown Klassic in Jan 2009. The possession date/ month and year is far past the 36 months for the date of issue of allotment letter.
I cant even sell the property as the rates being offered by property dealers are ridiculous low.
I wrote to Jaypee to please let me know if I sell it back to them how much will they pay, but they have probably directed all such query emails to the junk mail and auto delete.

They are part of a vary big fraud and must be booked, which I am sure will never happen.
I booked 3BHk in JAYPEE in 2009 and possession was planed 2012, Till now no possessing offered.The construction is not completed will take another 2years. i will advice together file case against him.

i booked a 3 bhk in 2009 with delivery assured in 3 years. now it is 2015, and seems that possesion is still more thn a year away. it is a case of outright cheating by jaypee, diverting our funs to launch new project nd making a mockery of system by thinking of paying rs 5 per sq feet per month as delay charges--which i am sure, theyeven will find some way of not pying by increasing some common area, which can not be calculated. while they charged 18% for delayed payments, rs 5 psf pm for deay on their part is mockery.
