Recently I purchased a iBall Glam mobile in combo offer with a goggles from the site it was delivered in time and I was quite happy for that, But as soon as I opened the package by happiness turned to woes.
They had delivered a wrong colored mobile and a broken Sunglass.
That same day I contacted Jeetle and told them about the situation of the products, I was told to wait for their reply which never came.
I again contacted their customer care and to my horror its one of the most worst customer care reps that I have came across.
They brazenly said they do not have the specified color of the mobile so they could not send it across and regarding the goggles its free so what do you expect.
