DEAR SIR,
I am getting a very high excess electricity bill. I am using only about 7 or 8 unit per month, But bill is issued
fixed 288 unit per month. which is very costly for me. I have to inform you that my metre is perfectly running and giving the correct reading. Also want to say that nobody wants to give any information and receiving of the complaints in that office.
I request you to please look into this matter seriously.
