Jimmy Choo Shoes Outlet Mall Store — shoes not received

Order these shoes on the internet on the 3rd June 2010 and paid by credit card-transaction number TR[protected]. After many attemps to contact them, they replied no stock so I chose many others-no stock. I would like my credit card credited for this transaction. Why advertise stock that you do not have.
