Two fir of electricity theft booked on me in march & july 1998 by aen. vidhut vibhag sh.vijaynagar dist. sh. ganganagar / the meter was burnt on[protected] information by me & reported in A-10 binder of vibhag was dated[protected] / No change the burnt meter & continue the average billing for direct suply by vidhut vibhag / No electricity theft in average billing I was accutted in case of july 98 in order dated[protected] by magistrate of sh.vijaynagar / [final no appeal ]. because the evedance of average recieved from vidhut vibhag in act of power of information / But in the other case march 98 I was accused in order 2006 [ under consideration ] by trail court because the aen [ vidhut vibhag ] have bared the evedance of the record related the average billing for meter burnt / my account no. 1607-01 & name of my father sh. Ramlal s/o chetan ram /
