[Resolved]  Jubilant Organosys — Lost Pan Card

My name is Arun Devadiga, I lost my Pancard No : AMCPD8959M on 17.08.09. Kindly suggest me the procedure for getting Duplicate Pan Card.

Jubilant Organosys — Full payment of Home loan o/s

Loan amount # DD1/000034

Deutsche Postbank does not provide the 'per-day interest' in the foreclosure letter to enable its customers who want to pre-pay the loan to calculate the outstanding as on date.

Bank even charges for generating the Foreclosure statement. Why so?

Jubilant Organosys — Unable to listen the problem and

I have requested and called Airtel customer service couple of times and talked to three executives

On my first call, I requested for a change in plan to savita and she mentioned there is a corporate plan for 125 Rs. I wanted to swtich to that plan and she accepted the request.

To verify again when i called on June 6, the executives first did not listen to problems, moreover they mention that they can not do anything as the plan can only change next cycle. My cycle is from 6th to 5th and this was the reason i called on 5th to change the plan.

The executive in fact speak to me so badly and when i insisted to talk to the manager, he was not able to find any. Kept me on hold and then mentioned that he will arrange a call back in next 5 minutes, While writing this complaint at 8:43, I never received a call.

Is it possible for you to suggest me action that i can take?

Jubilant Organosys — Courier delivered to somebody else

DTDC is providing world class courier servisce this was my previous experience with DTDC.

I was going to receive a concignment from Ahmedabad, but I have not yet received the c/ment with shipment no. A16381845 booked by ICICI bank Satellite branch Ahmedabad, on 29/10/09 for Noida.

I have contacted with local DTDC branch at noida they are saying they have been delivered the c/ment but I have not yet received the same even they are not sharing the POD/DRS to confirm the recipient.

I have loaded complaint to customer care regarding this on 03/11/09 (Complaint no. 13677) at Delhi.

The urgency of delivery can be assume from my follow up from 03/11/09 as mentioned in below mail.This was very important consignment.I have conform this at my end and suffered a lot talked several time with your customer care at delhi.

Please take this on priority.
