[Resolved] Jvvnl,bhiwadi — Non Refund of Excess bill paid

This with reference to your bill No-1227 dated 12/09/2009 for Meter No-154009 , Account No[protected] which is in belongs to Mr. Mahesh N. Kalbande, Thada. Electricity bill has been paid of Rs.1817/- on 13 Oct 2009 at JVVNL Bhiwadi. But the amount is not adjusted in next consecutive bills. After cross verification it has been came to notice that the bill has been accepted at Bhiwadi by mistake. This bill should be deposited at TAPUKADA.

Therefore , kindly Refund or Adjust or Transfer this amount to my account.

living in bhiwadi is hell. Lots of power failure in the morning, noon, nite. No one answers the phone when power goes off. this situation prevails thruout the year all the season incl. Winters. JVVNL & Govt. Not interested to take the action

I will not advise anyone to shift to Bhiwadi unless he is living in flats with full power backup...

I am living in bhiwadi Mera A/cNo.2101/0156 ha maine load increase karvaya ha so old meter billing reading 37775 unit consume bata raha ha on[protected] but your deptt. mera electricity bill me consume unit 38516 ka charges laga rakha ha
jab apke electricity office bhiwadi me gaya to vanha koi bhi karmchari bill ko sahi karne ke liye taiyar nahi ha .Krapakar mera electricity bill correction kar excess amount adjust karne ki karpa kare.

My Flat No. is T-1109, Block 12, Ashiana Utsav. Bhiwadi. The K No. mentioned in my Electricity Bill is[protected].

On 8th August 2018, I accessed my bill on JVVNL Bhiwadi site and it showed an amount of Rs.1121/- as the money I was required to pay for electricity charges.

Using my credit card, I made this payment of Rs.1121/- on 8th August 2018.

Since I was outstation and did not have access to a printer I could not take print of the receipt against this payment.

However, when I received the actual bill, I discovered that I was required to pay only Rs.514/-.

I expected the excess amount paid by me to be adjusted in the next bill.

In the current Electricity Bill dated 9.9.2018 this expected adjustment has not been done and Rs.514/- is shown as arrears to be paid along with the current month's bill.

I hereby request that the excess payment made by me be please adjusted in the current bill and a revised bill may please be sent to me.
