K-Mart — kmarts great!!

i love shopping at k mart! that fact that they still have the lay a way system is so helpful at this time of year! all of the employees are friendly and do their best to help in any way they can. all of k-mart's products are very affordable and the quality of the products are the best! thank you k-mart!!

K-Mart — Bicycles-26"

Why don't you have a better selection of bicycles in a 24"?. All of the ones I seen are 26"

K-Mart — smell on it

I and my spouse went to K-mart on Saturday[protected], to return items that we purchased the day before. We went to the customer service desk and a lady name (Paula) was at the desk and she asked what we needed and she came over I stated I would like return two items, I put them down and she took them out of the bag and (smelled them in front o[censored]s). I looked at my spouse and I stated to her I wanted to trade in the for a different size and she ignored me but she stated to my spouse she will return his money and she stated you can go from there. I left because I felt very uncomfortable and I was getting upset. My spouse came over to where I was and stated lets go I feel uncomfortable. So we left and when I got into our vehicle I called the manager right away and explained everything that happened. he apologized and stated this should not have happened and he stated if that happened to me I would have done the same. He stated he would address the problem right away and asked if we knew her name so I told him the tag had Paula on it. The store manager stated to us to come back and if this happens agian then to report it right away like we did and I stated maybe we will come back later in the month.
