I have been trying to deactivate the mozook.com subscription for past 20 days now but to no luck.. everyday 10rs are being deducted from my account. I called airtel customer care daily but to no avail. they say it will be deactivated in 4hrs bt nothing and now they have even blocked my number from accessing customer care..
