[Resolved]  K2 International Agency Sarita Vihar Delhi / Indane Gas — the phone nos are faulty or non existent on website and receipts and online booking is not entertained by the distributor

They are most unprofessional and irresponsible and never pick our calls. We personally need to go and book. Will some action be taken

The phone nos i.e. 26843159, 26936694, 26310291 are of Sukhdev Vihar Gas Service are faulty or non existent and reciepts and online booking is not entertained by the distributor
The gas agency does not supply gas against online booking of Indane and the contact phone nos are either faulty or non existent. Difficult to book and get supplies from agency. It is believe that Gas Agency is balck the Gas. It is well known fact that supplier are indulge in illegal supply to the Shops in black.

Indane Gas Service/ I.O.C.L — Gas Agency is not reachable on phone for enquiries

Kartar Gas Service code no 9110433 is not reachable on phone since 3 months. Eversince they installed auto tele-booking system the inconvinience to book the gas has increased. Their landline telephones are always either out of order or responding busy tone.Such agencies should be penalised for causing inconvinience to its customers in some manner.I have to travel 9 kms to book my gas personally. IOCL should act against such agencies and should replace them with efficient outlets.

My consumer no. is 27162, I booked my gas through telephone booking no.25611031 on 26/7/2010 but till date no delivery has been made. I tried to call K2 on phone no. 26944882 sevral times either nobody picks up the phone or it is always busy. I am in fix what to do. They are careless people, I barrowed a gas cylender from my friend yesterday, Thank GOD his family is out of town otherwise I had to starve or feed my family on Delhi street food which is so unhealthy.

That is true, when ever you call their numbers 26944520, 26944420, 26944882, 26956808, 26956823 they are always busy, it is much easier to get through railways enquiry numbers but it is difficult to get through these numbers.

moreover when we go for booking the gas they tell us that they will book only after 21 days but now days they say they will book after 30 days of the cylinder delivery. But right now when i was surfing on net i found a website which has a attachment of a RTI filed by Mr. R K Garg in Chandigarh and in response to that IOCL has given their reply that NO TIME GAP HAS BEEN SPECIFIED BY IOCL BETWEEN SUPPLY AND TEH DATE OF BOOKING. Moreover teh staff at K2 are arrogant and sometimes misbehave with customers.

Though their is fair amount of consumers who have piped connections in Sarita Vihar and Jasola area, and teh agency receives deliver of cylinders everyday but i dont know why and how they are not able to meet the general requirement of consumers in teh area, i have spoken to many of their customers who come for booking the gas and everbody compalints about.

if this teh situation in Delhi then one can imagine what would be happening in the country else where.

We are heading towards to total chaos in teh country one day and there would be rampant corruption and crime. if government is not able to stop such small things and provide necessary facilities and commodities to normal citizen.

I hope IOCL will take strict action against K2 management and get teh things corredted for ever.

The K2 International gas agency doesnot supply gas against online booking of Indane and the contact phone nos are either faulty or non existent. Difficult to book and get supplies from agency. Matter repeatedly brought to notice of authorities but being repeated everytime.

All above complaint is correct, we are trying from 4 days for booking but no any call connect or pick any boddy, on friday personaly go thair on k2 saritavihar person is noted my consumer number 35486 dated 01.10.10 but still not recieved cylender till 07.10.10.

I am the consumer of indane gas .i have a complaint that why dont your employees not receiving my call . i want to book my gas for last five days i tried your number many times but there is no response from your side.pleae take actions on behalf of my complaint. From 10 days I am regularly trying to contact to K 2 International for gas booking but eighter their phone are busy or nobody picking the phone. There are so many complaints againt K 2 International but Solution is still pending. Even authority is not interested to take any action against them

My Gas No. is 16176, Add: 3/40, Ekta Vihar, Mithapur Extension, New Delhi-44, Mob.[protected], I booked my Gas through Online Booking No.1260 on 19/10/2010 Booking No. 181 but till date no delivery has been made.The gas agency does not supply gas against online booking of Indane and the contact phone nos are either faulty or non existent. Difficult to book and get supplies from agency.It seems that Gas Agency is black the Gas. It is well known fact that supplier are indulge in illegal supply to the Shops in black. Also, getting in less quantity to the actual weight of gas.
Kindly do let us know what should I do, otherwise you will have to face the consequences.

We have a Gas connection no. 24597 & 24598, but that agency is very pathetic and unprofessional, we are trying to call them to book our GAS connection, but the telephone number[protected], 26944420, 26944820 is not reachable now, , we personally needs to go there and book the GAS cylinder and they doesn’t deliver the gas cylinder on TIME, & that delivery boy MR. Satyawan ([protected]) is always asking for bribe before deliver the GAS cylinder, he book the gas cylinder on his own whit out our prior intimation, request you please take the action against them.
