[Resolved]  Kalpaka Builders — Delay in possession

Address: Ernakulam, Kerala

Please never purchase any flat from Kalpaka Builders in Ernakulam. I have purchased a flat in Blue Diamond 4 years back. They have delayed the project by 3 years. Still I haven't got the possession letter. Whenever I call, they give some excuses and crib about lack of money etc. Many of their projects are in full swing and they don't have money to complete a 4 year project. Nobody cares to update you the progress and they never return the call. I have a penalty clause in agreement in case of a delay in possession, but no reply from them after repeated attempts. I am planning to file a suit in court. Please think many times before you deal with such un-professional company. Do any one else is having similar experience with Kalpaka Builders?

As you mentioned above even i too had bought an apartment from kalpaka vrindhavan..the quality of the construction and the customer support was excellent from their side.And also i have got a good appreciation for my apartment which i baught.

Hi MR.Joshy.My Self Kumar and i am from trivandrum.I too had bought an apartment from kalpaka JMJ.The customer support and timely delivery was perfect from their side.And the construction quality of the apartment was perfect.

Hi, i am prakash from Calicut. as stated above by you, I don't think so because even I too had bought an apartment from Kalpaka Castle, and the customer support and timely delivery was good from there side.

Hi, i am Sree from kochin.I too had baught an apartment from kalpaka.I didnt face any problems from their side in completion to handovering the project.

WHEN IAM TALKING ABOUT KALPAKA BUILDERS, THEY ARE ONE THE OF LEADING BUILDERS IN COCHIN AND THEY NEVER LET DOWN THE QUALITY AND PROMISES IN THE MAKING OF BUILDINGS. THEY ALWAYS MANITANCE QUALITY IN THEIR PROJECTS.
