Madam,





With reference to the above subject, I am parent of Baby S. Shriavanthika who joined in your institution, Ashok Nagar on 01.12.2011.



She is not coming to school (from 26th)nowadays. You have not asked and turned up from 26th December 2011. But suddenly, you called on 4th and 5th for payment purpose.



While joining, you mentioned that you used to open at 8am. Already, your clock in Ashok Nagar is running 3 minutes late. Your staf[censored]sed to come only at 8:05 or 8:07am according to GST Standard time.



I have to come from Perungalathur, drop her in your school at 8:00am and go to my Guindy office at 8:15am. I used to come at 7:45 am. and waited up to your staff’s arrival. Always I used to be late to my office.



While joining, Ms. Vanilla confirmed that her staff would open at exactly 8am, but unfortunately no day, she turned up at 8am. I could prove this too. Because initial stage (4 days), Ms. Vanilla used to take care of my child in her house from 7:30am onwards.



The very first day, your staff came at 8:15 am. Exorbitant late, according to me.



On the top of the above, while joining, you informed that 3 or 4 children will be taken care by one staff. But this is not at all true. I could prove this too.



She had been in your institution only for 15 days. Absolutely, she lost 2 kgs after she joined in your institution. She got more than 2 times viral fever and flu. She has not slept well and didn't have food properly too.



One day she vomited in the morning, your official has not informed the same to me. I found out on my own by way of clothes smell. Then what is the use for the payment and umpteen assurances from you.



I am totally unhappy and upset about your services. You are not having parenteral affection on the children.



You have umpteen policies which are related not to refund the payment to the parents.



Does Your Policy say the following ?

Identity card should not be provided to the child – have not received the ID – collected the payment.

Starter kit should not be given to the child – have not received so far – collected the payment

You have not provided T-Shirt to my daughter whether eligible or not, I don't know.



Please send my daughter's photo - 4nos. which are not at all related to you.



Please apprehend the parent’s situation. They are working hard and squeezing their blood for their children’s wellness



I request you to repay my payment which I have not used / utilised by my child.



I need my hard earned money to be returned.



I don’t want your products, but I need my money. Your official confirmed that she is sending the starter kit by courier on 5th Jan 2012. Still she is sending the same.



She was there only for 15 days. I paid Rs. 13,400/-



Do you feel, is this amount to be collected, is it correct. Stand in my place and have a deep think.



My compensation per month is only Rs. 20,000/- Apart from that I paid Rs. 13,400/-

I feel this is too much for my child and me.



I am suffering and you are providing me more stress due to this.



Please don’t procrastinate and send the amount immediately.
