Hi ,
i have purchased one karbonn SmartTab1 on 03 July 2012 from Univercell, SanjayNagar,Bangalore.
after purchase with in one month charging port of the tablet started giving problem and was unable to charge.
after that i went to Padmavati TeleLinks,Kamanahalli one of karbonn service center.
he didn't repair it properly and gave it like that and said we did repair so i used to charge the tablet with USB cable by connecting it to computer.
after some days o[censored]se power on/off button broken and i went to same service center to rectify the problem.
but after one month of follow up they ended up that there is no stock of this button and they are unable to rectify the problem
still i did not receive my tablet.service center people are saying that give us 2 more days of time
but i am really frustrated by the service center people and the way karbonn provides service to customer.
kindly do the needful asap and improve the quality of service.
