[Resolved]  Karbonn — For Mobile repair

hi, i have purchased karbonn mobile model no. K550 before 5 month. the problem is the vedio quality is very bad more over the mobile cant paly even an 3gp films or vedio clips could you please do some favour for improve the quality of the vedio. what are the vedio formats which are support by this model mobile except 3gp..and my mobile has a big problem it is automatically switch off. i went to service center in bikaner five times but. not properly responce. they said that mobile I.C. is dead and also said that "I can't do Nothing" . so what can I do. Plz solve my problem immidiently.
I have purchased one more new Karbonn mobile model K550 (IMEI/Serial No.[protected] at Mobile House, Kote Gate, Bikaner.From the beginning the battery is not working properly. (battery s. no. XD[protected]. The compalint is that the battery is not good and the charge gets disconnected within 4 hours...
