myself aditya anand sinha iam from allahabad UP i have bought k661 with EMEI NO [protected] / [protected]
mobile on 3 march 2010 after 20days its display turns to white so i
gave to service center 0n 03 april 2010 after 2 months i got back then
within 2 days it shows charging error so i repair it by again service
center then again after 1 day set hanging problem arise then i got my
mobile repaired & got from service center on06 june 2010
now on 12 june 2010 again invalid sim shows so i went to service
center he told me its EMEI no. is lost
SO IAM FRSTRATED WITH MY MOBILE k661 SO I WANT YOU TO CHANGE MY MOBILE

& many times i have called your coustomer service no[protected] but
no one pick my call

Karbonn mobiles/K560 — cell phone not working/not found service centre

On 14/10/2009,I have owned one K560 Handset through M/S Chawla brothers,Chandigarh,Ph-[protected].Vide Retail invoice sl no-6071.
Handset IMEI no is [protected]/30.only after one month o[censored]se i have found hot battery and receiver while talking,after three or four month receiver and Hands free has stopped working or not giving sufficient sound.I have contacted several times on the Toll free no as well as in general no,also contacted so many service centeres which has described in warranty card,but all are fake,even their support mail ID is also not working.
I am very much upset from this product and their services.Can anyone suggest me to out from this problem.

Karbonn K450 — battery

my karbon mobile battery was not working so i battery orderd in tirupur karbon mobiles otherosied service center for the past 3months there was no responce from the service center
them so i was so appseted & worryed a lot
so please take some step or get me new mobile from the karbon company bangalore

Karbonn — Defective product and poor service

I had purchased K560 mobile which started giving trouble within a week. i submitted it to service centre but they were unable to repair it in 4 months still i am waiting for replacement

Iam using karbonn mobile model 451, the phone is creating lot of problems to my ear, if i talk with this my ear gets heated up, as if some has hitted, and frequently getting ear pain, when i consulted doctor for ear test, i came to know that my hearing power has reduced.

So, i request to all that not to use this type of phones

I had purchased a Karbon mobile K30 instrument from Mobile store No. 1505 at The mobile store limited, Grnd floor, Jalaram chambers, Opp. mehta petrol pumpm Nr. hotel grand regency, Dhebr road, Rajkot. 360 001. wide tax invoice no. 383/430053 Dt. 05/08/10.

Recently as experienced the screen has developed a defect of a dead pixel in the screen and further the answer key has become ineffective thus creating lot of problem handling the calls. Thus surfing the given site addres i looked and located for the service center as per the details below :

Doctor Mobile, 234 Star Chambers Hari Har Chowk Near Limda Chowk-Rajkot. Contacts : [protected]/[protected].

I contacted the individual Named Mr. Rahul on the above contact detail and also visited the service center twice for the subject concern but was intimated interestingly that they do not service karbon mobile/s since they don't have the contract with the Karbon mobile company.

My grivience is that though the company boasting of warranty support and the service network which is published on the company's site why the service center is not supporting the complaint issues and even if the service center and the company are having issues why the customer has to suffer.

Request for immediately needful in the concern matter for the sorted solution from the concerned company.

Dont Buy Karbonn Mobiles, I have purchased Karbonn k495, Any body calling to the mobile phone can not hear , big noise, So don't buy it. We can not sell it.

I had purchased Karbonn mobile KC441 from Chandigarh but I am residing in Patiala. There was a problem in my battery and back cover of my moblie set is broken which I had shown to the service centre at Patiala "Ganesh Electricals". Mr. Dhiraj present there told me that battery of my mobile and its back cover is out of stock and I had written to the Company regarding battery KC441 of 3.7.V. Since 2 months have passed Mr. Dhiraj told me that company is not sending the stock of battery. My phone is dead without the battery as it is a dual SIM mobile iwth GSM and CDMA facility.
