Respected Sir/Madam, Good Morning, I have online purchase karbonn Smart A111 Mobile Phone Through snapdeal.com,i have received this mobile dated 20/4/2013 trough Bluedart Courier, but this product are Diffective & shut down this mobile again & again, i have Complain to karbonn mobile customer care & snapdeal but no answer for both side, i have send dead mobile photo ,customer care no & warranty card to snapdeal mobile as per telephonic tack mr.vishal ,snapdeal represnative,but no answer again.so, request to you please help me & solve my problem, i have send to you, mobile bill copy,warranty card ,dead mobile photo & karbonn mobile customer care number.
