I Vikram Kaushik want to say you that I am not satisfied with yours services, because I have some problems in my mobile (Karbonn K334)……..
Sir, I Purchased a mobile in Fazilka City from M/s Pawan`s Mobile & Musical Point, Gaushala Road, Fazilka – 152123) against Bill No. 427 on 15.05.2010 in the name of VIKRAM KAUSHIK & before One month some problems create in Mobile, he sent my mobile to Karbonn Care after 25 days my mobile comes back & this time again Mobile create a problems that Keypad hang, not pickup any phone, not Call & Not Keypad Unlocked.
With these problems I go to M/s Rajindra Watch Company (Shop No. 13, Indra Market, Fazilka) & he not solves my Problems…..
So, you please solve my problems because I am a salaried man working in Maruti Showroom as a Accountant & with these problems I not join my duty properly.

I have purchased Karbonn K505 handset before two months, but now I
am facing the problem of its jogball.
I can not operrates its jogball (finger sensor to move curser up,
down) due to this problem this handset in now on stop postion.
I have tried to contact your service center in pune but the numbers
shown in your service book are wrong.
One service center in pimpri chinchwad told me that Karbonn has
stopped the free waranty service and so we are doing payable to you.
So that I am in troubble to find your service. So please give me the
proper solution to solve my handset problem or I request you to give
me replace handest on the same or another model.
Pls do action as early possible.
