i purchased karbonn k1515 in Jagdish market from the shop Srinivasa Mobiles in october-11, from the second month itself the problem started, it was given the service for 4time in span of 6months, recently the touch screen was not working, i given in service centre in Abids the assured me to sort out the problem but after 1day they started saying me that water is there in mobile and started demanding Rs.700/- they haven't checked the mobile in our presence i was cheated by them my mobile no.
