Karbonn K336 — Not getting free servicing within warranty period
I am using a karbonn 336 model duel sim mobile.Purchasing date[protected]

The mobiles complaits are:-
1) Not getting range for sim 1 with ina full net work coverage area.
2) some times the mobile getting switched off automaticaly.
3) when the range icon shows full range also my frinds gets a reply of out of coverage area while they are trying to call me.
When i shown this mobile to an karbonn service centre the took the mobile inside the room to check. After about one hour they come with my mobile (they only just opened its pannel cover in fact it can be opened within a 5 minutes, so what they are doing with this 1 hour) and say that the mobile is exposed to to water so they cant repair it for free and wants 300 rupees for that. But i damn sure that my mobile not exposed to water at any time. Then they say that it may be due to sweating. But i didnt agree with them and not willing to give mony for that. At last i say i dont want to repair it and give back my mobile then they take inside my mobile and they offed that they can repaired it for 200 rupees. This means the mobile not having more complaints that cost 300. i think they wet the water mark on the mobile to get money.
I does't repaired my mobile and return back the real fact is now my mobile not at all getting range after they checks my mobile.
