Dear Sir,
My name is Abhishek Jain. I had given my handset Karbonn K433 (under warranty period) to the Karbonn service centre (authorised by Karbonn company - Nikki Enterprise, 17 Opp. Bajaj Showroom, Near 24 char rasta, sector-24, Gandhinagar - 382024 ; Mobile number: [protected] and [protected]) on dated August 24, 2011. For which they provided the jobsheet # 852 to me. The problems reported by me were -
1. microphone was not working (my voice was not being heard to the other party in the call)
2. the charging socket of the phone was not working
3. key pad button #4 was not working properly.
Now, since then I have called up the service center for almost 6-7 times and even I have visited the service center for almost 4 times, they are not giving me proper information on the status of my phone. Initially they told me they are sending to their L3 level of service center in Ahemedabad, recently few days back they told me that the phone was sent to Bangalore L4 level service center. When I asked for the contact number of their L3 and L4 level service center, they simply refused to give me the number.
After that I went to the shop from where I bought the phone, they gave me some contact number of Gujarat distributor and from where I got the number of Mr. Vishal ([protected]), Service Head of Gujarat. I gave him the description of my phone and the service center where I submitted my phone, he enquired and told me on 20th of September that the phone is with them in Ahemedabad and they were going to update the IMEI number of the phone and will deliver in two days. Today again when I called him and asked about the status of the phone, he said the phone is still in Gandhinagar and he has not received it yet.
Please help me get my phone repaired back to me.
