[Resolved]  Karbonn K550 — software problem

sir i have purchased a karbonn k550 handset 1 month before ..after 15 dayz serious problem of battery backup arises so i gave my set to karbonn service centre (Civil Lines)..employees there r very ridiculous & does nt vork properly....20 dayz have been completed since i gave my mobile to karbonn centre.. they dont receive there phone calls ...so plz take some serious action regarding my problem...myself Anoop Kakkar from Allahabad...my contact no. is [protected]....plz refer to the problem.....
