Karbonn K770 — can't get bsnl gprs connection

I can't get gprs/mms etc in my karbonn k770 model.

which is the best dualsim phone in the world?

1) I can't get BSNL GPRS connection setting in my karbonn K770
2) Speeker qualiy is wrost.
3) I unable to get back up in my PC.
4) No service center near by my location at PALIA KALAN PIN 262902
5) With out back up, how can I send my set to service center ?
6) Battery backup is not good.

I bought Karbonn K 10, whenever i tried to connect gprs through BSNL, always it gets failed.

I tried the below formats

KARBONN K 10
KARBONN K10
KARBONN K-10

and sent to 58354.
Its gets failed.
Can any one help me out?

this phone has a mojor trouble of joystick & software problem !!! the servicecenter persons couldnot find it so far so i am going to sale my karbonn& looking for another
