I have bought a KC 410 In Feb 2010 after 20 days it stopped workign we went to 2 service centres they didnt do anythign just returned the phone to us like that only then one service centre after quarelling took it and kept with them for 45 days and returned saying it closed we cant do nothing and the company is a bad and they dont give service fight with the dealer and ask for money refund what can a dealer do in this
I dont know after that we found a new service centre in ghatkopar they took the handset today is 25th day nothign happens i even complained to their headoffice in delhi on the call centre they first gave me a complaint no and said someone will call you in 48 hrs some one called and said will call back in 10 moins he never called back today we go to the servoce centre they say we cant do anything wait wait thats all is there anyone who thinks can help me in this as this is a company who believes in spening money on ipl ads and on service cannot do anything they are like a mot[protected] f--k--r compnay and dont know anythign they have bought to their name
i would suggest to anyone buying karbon pls think 10000000 times and pls dont waste money
