hello sir, I had given karbonn titeneum s5plus mobile was repair which was under warranty. It has battery not charge issues, so I gave my phone to (shankla telecomsec, 17 gurgaon(hr) [protected]/[protected]) who are authorized service centre for Karbonn MObiles. This was given on 07/05 /2014. And today its 31/05 2014 and till now I have not received my mobile. every time I go there to ask regarding my mobile and they say it will still take 4-5 days. My JOB sheet NO. KJASPHR112514K3702. 07/05/2014. AND kARBONN model NO. S5PLUS.-AND IMEI/ESN1.[protected]. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER. AND IF POSSIBLE replace it with a NEW HandSET. REGARDS, ...

Sir, I purchased one Karbonn S1 plus mobile before 40 days and from the first date it is creating lots of problem. i deposited it to service centre and told them to replace it but they are not providing me proper service also not replacing it. I had purchased Carbon Titanium S1+(orange) mobile on 8th June 2014 vide bill no. 14-15/AMZ-1/0202 from ADITYA MOBILE ZONE, Munirka, New Delhi-110067.
I want to inform you that this instrument is defective from time of purchased month. The defective is in the set they have automatic switch off in the time of taking any person.
We had get touch many time from carbonn service centre regarding the matters but we unable to touch him. There is not responding from Carbonn Service centre in provide in service booklet. After 2 months we have received his custom care mail-ID from Akosha and write to the problems in mail. After 2, 3days Carbonn had provide me his contact number and service centre address. We have tried to touch his service centre number approx 20 times on this number [protected] but they have not pickup the call.
Again I am Visit his customer personally on 23.12.2014 at Saraswati International Technologies Pin code:110059 Address : H. No. 165, Kakrola Housing Complex, Opp. Jagdamba Sari, Near Reliance Fresh, Metro Pillar No. 789, New Delhi, after creaking my instrument his service centre asked to me this instrument will sent to Carbonn head office for repairs. We had submit the instruments carbonn centre for repairs after 15 days we received the instrument on 06.01.2015.
I have used 2, 3 calls tomorrow and get the same problems, these problems is not resolved. .
I was call/mail to his customer care and share my problems they have asked to me. You have to visit my service centre . I asked to Karbonn Centre we have not able to visit your service centre. we have already visit your service centre 3 day's my salary is cut up approx 2500/- please collect my phone from my address and get done return to me.
I am surprised, there is no response from till date from carbonn mobile.
So I many - many request you to please exchange my mobile from Carbonn.
