Sir, I bought karbonn mobile for modle k560 2 months back, when i saw the advertisement u mentioned battery back up upto 30 days, but my mobile back up only up to 5hrs per day, every day i want to charge the battery twice, my battery s/n:k[protected] , so kindly consider the above case or kindly give the u r service centre no or person no. or inform my mobile no.[protected]
