Mobile purchased on 26.12.2009 from Big C Habsiguda HyderabadRequested for servicing at the same shop since the screen was damaged from day one.Directed to go to authorised service centre Prime Tech services Sagar plaza Abids Hyderabad.They refused to do service without payment and giving lame excuses that it was because of mishandling that the screen got damged.They also refused to do service stating non availability of screen.They refused to give anything in written for not servicing in spite of repeated request
Please suggest what measure I have to take in these circumstances
