Dear Sir, Rawatbhata is the biggest site of Nuclear Power Plants in India and around 3000 employees are working in Power plant, Mobile SIM are provided by company to all employees. Carbonn mobiles are very good for us as it is having all facilities which we required. I have purchased Karbonn mobile model No. K330 GSM 900/1800 Serial No.[protected] F71/09, IMEI NO. (1) [protected] (2) [protected] on dated 30/05/2009 from RAVI MUSIC CENTER , BAZAAR NO.2, PO:- RAWATBHATA, KOTA (RAJ) PHONE NO.[protected],[protected], But it is regretted to inform you that my mobile is giving regularly trouble right from beginning. Presently my mobile is having problem i.e voice is not being received to caller and some time interrupting since one month . I have informed to shopkeeper about the problem but He ignored me and not given proper response whereas it is in warranty period. I am a General Secretary of Supervisors Association and I required mobile phone every time with me. Therefore I request you to please advice him to replace my mobile with new one immediately. Dear Sir, I ManojSonawane (Mail : [protected]@yahoo.com and Contact No [protected])residing at Kutch Bhuj.

1. I had purchased your mobile KC 555 from the shop '' Shiv Darshan Telecom'' at Bhuj on 03/04/2010 having IMEI No [protected] .
2 Mobile had a problem of Blank display and memory card not getting inserted in the position (body problem) with 1 1/2 month of time and given for repair at Karbonn care centre at Bhuj Tele[protected] complaint No 1631 they have given the mobile after 1 Month saying Mobile has been sant to Delhi head office and given the mobile having IMEI No [protected] (Changed)
Again mobile.
3. Again after one month on 28/06/1010 complaint No 2091 it had a problem that after insertion of charger mobile get switched OFF . They told we will give you after 2 days but now 1 week had passed saying sent to Ahmedad till date not received.

4 Please tell us after purchasing the mobile spending 5200Rs we have to run after you using others moible, spending again money on pertrol to go to care centre . And service provided is also of poor quality. Please look after it and issue an other mobile as with in 4Months I had used the mobile only for 1Month other time it was under repair . Please do the need full at the earliest

Therefore I request you to please advice him to replace my mobile with new one immediately. Early action appreciated

I have purchased your model no. KARBONN A1 PLUS VIDE D2H online shop on feb, 26, 2013 vide invoice no. #[protected] dtd. 26-2-13. The problem is that its software is not working properly. How this problem can be shorted out or the phone may be replaced as per 1 yr. warranty.

i bought a karbon mobile on last month .that mobile is demaged on display and touch pad. i has produced in karbone mobile service on pondicherry i has produced before 30 days but no service. please cear my problam.
