i want to tell about my problems,am chandan nayak,from bhubaneswar(odisha),before 4 months ago am ordered a karbon a1 from snapdeal.com,after some day my phone facing some problem of restarting that time i gone to service center in bapujinagar,backside of jocky soroom,,,,he returned my mobile and said that ur bill isnot correct,then am complaint to snap deal and they are send me a another invoice....date-04.08.2012 am go to cutemer care and show my problems,,,,they said to me my mother board will corropt so they repair it within 15-to-18days,now am call them since 5 days but they didnot respons my phone calls,,,,and they dont now about my phone satus,,,,,they said always our sinior maneger will call u soon....but, i dont have any phone from them......they r doing regularly miss behaving me,and am not stisfie from they are answer....plz try to solve my problems.......niether i am complaint against ur custemer care...............contact no-[protected],[protected]........

from Dec 14 start, there was some charging issue, mobile was not charging properly, I given this mobile to your service Center Meenu Mobile labour chowk rohtak,
after pin cahnge mobile returned to me, but charging problem not resolved,
I again given this mobile to Meenu Mobile on 26/12/2013
as per them, this sent to Carbon Company, and will give back after repair,
I went there aprox 10 times, but every time they told me mobile did not come back from company,
approx 3 months passed, I did not get my mobile, kindly check what is teh matter, why not being given to me.
