[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — k662 Trackpad not working

I took a Karbonn mobile in homeshop18 whose model no is k662 its optical track pad is not working properly since 90days i have went to karbonn service center they are telling that u r IMEI no should be updated if i call homeshop18 they are telling that wait for 48hours u r problem will be resolved. I am waiting since 90days but no responce please help me thanking u............

Karbonn Mobiles — Track pad not working

i have taken a karbonn mobile K662 on[protected] and my mobile is not working properly. Since from 15 days i am going near service dealer and he is telling that u r IMEI number is not registered so we cant do any thing. what should i do now?
