[Resolved]  Karbonn Mobiles — failure

Am from cochin, Ernakulam, my set is k446 series taken on[protected], before two and half months thats battery becomes complaint
then I visits your service centre in palarivattom, cochin.They told me that wil come within one week, now the telling that will be delay, they don't know the actual time.Now what will I do? Am a sales exicutive in bajaj two wheelers. I cant do my works without phones.Then I want to know, is that available or not?
