I have brought one mobile called Karbonn Model:K560 from Poorvika mobiles, Vellore on 2nd December 2010. Within the warranty period the speaker of my phone was not working properly. I checked with Poorvika mobiles and found the karbonn mobiles service center in the following address,
KC Mobiles, No:27, New Shopping Complex, Old Bus stand, Vellore-4.
I went there and gave my mobile for the service to Mr. Kumaran([protected]) on 12th April 2011. He checked the mobile and said that speaker has some problem and he doesn't have spares to change the speaker, only from chennai office he can get the spares and he advised me to come on 15th April 2011 and asked me to give him a call before coming in the following number[protected]. I was trying to get him in line from 15th morning I was not able to get him. So I went directly to see him on 16th Apr 11. He said me that he did not get the spares from chennai yet and asked me to come next week. Again same thing happend he did not responed me in the phone, I went directly again he said he did not receive the spares from chennai. After a long speech I got a phone number from Mr. Kumaran, that phone belongs to the person called Mr. Siva Kumar, Service Engineer,Karbonn Mobiles chennai,([protected]). He gave the above mobile number and asked me to check with him. When I called Mr. Siva Kumar and said all the above information, He said he did not receive any complaints from Mr.Kumaran. When I say this to Mr. Kumaran he his saying that I had regiestered the complainted. I don't know what to do now? Please take action on this people as soon as possible.
