My mobile model KC 475 (KARBONN) has been malfunctioning for a couple of weeks now - the signal just goes off / absent. This was given at the service centre on 18th April. I was told that the 'board' has to be changed. I had to make too many calls yesterday and today to know the status of maintenance. No useful information is forthcoming. The service station number is[protected]. Most of the time they would not pick-up the call, adding to your frustration. Anybody can check the same! I do not think I would ever buy the Karbonn, again, based on my current expereince. I wish some higher-ups in Karbonn take note of it and improve their service.
