[Resolved]  Karvy Computer Share Pvt Ltd — Reliance IPO Refund not received till yet

I have applied for 210 (fully paid) equity shares of Reliance Power and have been allotted with 15 shares. The remaining balance of INR 88, 050/- by way of Refund order is pending from Reliance end.

I stay in Hyderabad and tried making numerous call and have found that there is no use of visiting Karvy's office in Hitech city, Hyderabad.

Request your intervention in getting my money back.

I have applied reliance power IPO. I have not been alloted any shares against my application. Till today I have not got the refund yet. I have written many mails to Kary but, all in vain. Their is no appropriate reply to my mails and i have no idea about when will i get my refund back. I dont understand that when so many applicants have not received their refund then why is SEBI not taking any action against Karvy. Its already been a mont long time gone. We have our own commitments to be fulfilled. Please help me out in this matter.

Refund of money not received yet

I have got the following clarifications to be addressed urgently for the following transaction numbers:

Application no : 55166966
SBI Cheque No. : 4888735

I have applied for Reliance Power IPO on 15th January 2008 for a total of 225 shares @ Rs.115 per share amounting to a total of Rs. 25, 875 with the option of part payment method.

Though, I havnot been allocated a single share.

Then also I have not yet received the amount of Rs. 25, 875 back to my bank account.
Please clarify the same at the earliest.

I would request to get the refund back by cheque, please ensure that it is send through courier and let me know the courier tracking number and the date of dispatch.

In any case please let me know as soon as possible when I can expect the refund back.

Please refer to my application dated 20th March, 2008 regarding refund amount not received. I applied for 30 shares vide application no. 52866453 dated the 18th January, 2008. I paid full amount i.e. Rs. 12, 900/- for thirty shares. But till date, I have not received my amount. I submitted application with all supporting documents. Three months have already elapsed since I applied for that 30 shares. I hereby once again request you to refund my said amount at the earliest.
