[Resolved]  Kaspersky Internet Security — No response

respected sir,
I have purchase a kaspersky internet security on 8th june, 2009. I opened it and when i was scratch the key paper i lost two characters from it. i requsted kaspersky support team to give me those characters by providing sufficiend information, but they did not help me and told me to send a copy off bill.
i also sent that copy to them and also give my address to them, thus i satisfied all the requirements of them but still they are not supporting me and not giving me my 16 characters key. i already have 14 charecters i just need two more which i lost.
hope that you will kindly help me to get my key back and also satisfy one of the indian consumer.

Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 — No help from company

I purchase Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 CD-ROM to protect my computer from virus and another internet related worms on 28.2.2009. I install it in my computer. After installing, types of viruses are not updating by internet which are the main contents of CD for which I have purchase it. I consult telephonic but not get satisfied solution. Now product is useless for me after expending Rs.1200.

Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 — not getting updates

Hi,
I have observed that since last 2 months my kasperskey is not getting update and after scan it is always advising to get update.I can provide my product kye if needed. Kindly provide solution ASAP so that i wl be able to use the service.

i braught kaspersky 3 user antivirus .But the activation key key is working in only one computer. so
please avilable another activation key .So I request solve this problem immidetly.

I purchased 10 piece of kav antivirus, among this two boxes contains no serial number containing card. I contacted the local dealer, he told me once you opened we can't return.To whom we complaint. I spend for this antivirus 25 dollar per 1 piece. The product is KASPERKSY ANTIVIRUS 2010, Last year we sold a 1000 of antivirus kit to the customer, once you clicked in the market you hiked the price as well. We have no objection - cheating is not good for any business. We will switch to another product with cheap and good support.

Expecting an urgent action.

I have got kaspersky internet security 2010, in november 2009 i have used it for 3 pc's, my 2 pcs operating system has beec crashed, so i re installed it, when i was reinstalling kaspersky antivirus again it is not working pls reply wat to do
