[Resolved]  Katrina's Treasures — Tinkerbell Dollhouse

The same thing happened to me. I ordered my stuff the day before thanksgiving and I got it a month to the day after i ordered it. She also didn't email me back either.

I ordered some candy from this woman's website on January 19th, payment cleared very quickly on January 20th. It's now Valentines Day and I've heard nothing from her. I've sent emails and I've called twice (rang a lot, went to voicemail, seems like someone's screening their phone calls!) and left two messages, no response. If this continues, I will be leaving a complaint with BBB. If I don't receive the item or get a response from her by February 20th, I will begin the complaint process.

Buyer Beware. Don't order here unless you're ready to pay for an item you may never receive!

I just had the same problem. I bought a doll playset on 1/23/10 and still haven't received it. I have attempted to call and send e-mails with no response. Don't buy anything from this seller!!

Katrina's Treasures — Never received item!

On December 30th, I purchase a Kermit the Frog for my daughter's birthday. I paid for second day shipping and received an order confirmation. After many emails and messages that were left, we never got Kermit! We had already told my daughter it was on it's way and she was so excited! I hope Katrina Owen realizes that she is actually hurting people by scamming them and as the old saying goes- What you do comes back to you! I saw an older post where she mentions she has had 5,000 customers and she can't make everyone happy. There is a difference between stealing and customer service!

Katrina's Treasure's is a rip off. I purchased a retractable fast pass holder from them on January 14th and never received it. I contacted them and no response. Do not purchase anything from Katrina's Treasure's. They take the money and don't send any product and no communication either.

I have contact the people that run my store and Amazon because the store was suppose to be closed the first week in Jan. Any checks received are in the mail to be returned and if you paid by Amazon please contact them for your refund. They were not suppose to be accepting payments since I closed the account and just checked with them and they have a lot of money on hold. So please go through Amazon to get your refunds.

We got old usable product... It's rs. Of 1500... There only old small car... N old track... N car is not worked... We qant our money back.. otherwise we do legally action... Reply us soon...
