I am to inform you that I had ordered two items through telephonic order placing system after noticing an advertisement in the News Paper The Mail Today , unfortunately I forget the items for which I had ordered . After receiving the sbi credit card card bill statement I noticed that Rs.7,798.00 was deducted from my account on dated 28.02.2010 . Till date no phone call or any type of response received by me .
My phone no. [protected] ,[protected] , after searching website I noticed that the address of the company is M/s. KAVIRAJ HOUSEWARES IVR BANGALORE , 11/2 , VIKASNAGAR LINK ROAD , NAGASANDRA , BANGALORE -560073 TELE NO. 41519445 , I am afraid that they can misuse my card details . KAVIRAJ HOUSEWARES IVR BANGALORE — NOT RECEIVING OF PRODUCT , RS.7,798.00 DETUCTED FROM SBI CREDIT CARD
I had ordered for two items through automated telephonic order taking procedure after showing one advertisement in the mail today newspaper , amount of Rs.7,798.00 was deducted from SBI card account already , till date no produc or response received by me !!!!! I am afraid that they can misuse my card details also . Please take necesary action regarding the matter .
