I have purchased a KenStar KRC170AS refrigerator with Serial Num:
[protected] on
13th Nov 2004 in Pondicherry and the unit was in operation in adjoining
Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.
There was one year warranty on all the parts and 5 year warranty on
Compressor and Evaporator.
The unit failed to work during Nov 2007 and was reported to the customer
care of KenStar
located at Cuddalore. Upon inspection they said the refrigerator needs to
be regassed and charged
1600Rs to rectify the issue but didn't issue a receipt even after repeated
demand to issue a receipt from
the customer. The unit was in operation until Sep 2008 and failed again
and the consumer filed a
complaint with the customer care. Upon inspection the technicians reported
that the compressor unit
(which is under warranty of 5 years) of the refrigerator failed and needs
to be replaced. They advised
the customer that during replacement of the compressor they need to regas
the refrigerator and they
would charge 1300Rs again towards regassing of the refrigerator. The
customer was unhappy with the product and financially could not afford
1300Rs for the repair work again hence he requested to
replace only the parts covered under warranty and not to regas the
refrigerator. His intention was to regas the refrigerator when he has
some money to spend towards the regas repair work. The service center
of KenStar is refusing to carry out the work and is refusing to replace
the failed compressor which is covered under warranty.
Consequences : The unit is not in operation and Kenstar
is not obliging their warranty.

kenstar/ Refrigerator — Burnt Refrigerator

I am one of customer of Kenstar domestics product, I always use your good products in my home and recomanded to others. Your every product is working satisfactory till now but unfortunately your refridgirator that I purchased on 17.02.2007 Bill no. 60/57 was burn on 05.06.09 and the same was registered/informed to the dealer in local Gemini Plaza, Kakinada. They sent Service Engineer to chek and he advised us to him submitt the original bill, warranty card and burnt refridgerator photographs to forwarding the process to the company. In meanwhile i would like to inform the same to you, please find the photographs and bill attachments for your perusal and treat this with kind attention. I trust Kenstar will replace it as earliest. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of complaint to my mail ID. I unable to attach the photographs due to unavailable of PNG, JPG, GIF facility on my pc.

    It is rather pathetic to say the least that a refrigerator compress stops working jsut after an year of purchase even there we have used the stabliser etc., and no spike in power whta so ever.. actual issue start wehen we start looking for the service center for Kenstar.. for bad luck Kenstar service centers have been closed down and so is their call center.. hardly any one picks up the call, even if they do so, , , std reply we will get back to you...after lot of headhunting managed to reach the Head of service in mumbai who sought of provided some assurances.. finally it was Sandeep Aggarwal who is the Southern regional service incahnge who provided right answers and hope fully things could get soughted out in the next couple of days atleast.

      Kenstar Cooler is not working

      I have purchased kenstar air cooler on march 2008. From beginning my cooler is not working, I don't know where should i complain . I have found kenstar web site in net, but it is not working .


      Now where should i go ?......

      We have been using Kenstar Microwave oven Grill type model OM9918C which was purchased from M/s Rahul Electronics Dahisar(E). Since this was not working we lodged the complaint on Kenstar helpline no 39404040 with complaint no 7A[protected] and accordingly one mechanic came to our place alongwith the job card of KENSTAR APPLIANCES INDIA LTD and job no 08A00160039 dated 16.09.2008. The mechanic one Mr Raut informed us that the Magnitron needs to be replaced and accordingly their representative Mr Umesh brought the magnitron and replaced the same and the charges thatr he asked were RS 2400/- + Rs 100/- i.e Rs 2500/ was paid to him which is also mentioned in the invoice job card. After few days of replacing the magnitron the oven stopped working and the we lodged the complaint for the same and the complaint no given was 7A[protected] . After this we had been contactiong their help line no's umpteen no times and every we are told that the same will be attended to next day but next day has never come. We had sent the complaint to Kenstar at Aurangabad on 8th Oct., 2008 by registered post and even then no one has sofar turned up. We had been contacting Mr Chetan on [protected] and Mr Sanjay/ Mr Vijay on 26789233 half a dozen no of times but to no effect.

      The poor service of Kenstar Appliances had never been anticipated otherwise we would not gone for their home appliances. They are no not bothered about even taking this case to Consumer Forum.

      WE would not recommend henceforth any body for any appliances fropm Kenstar


      This complaint should be put on in complaint board so that people are aware of this type of behaviour of Kenstar personnel . They had also goner to the extent of saying that this invoive / job card does not belong to Kenstar. How anybody can come to us with job card ( Printed with Kenstar details on it ) . This is ridculousto hear these fronm representatives of Kenstar.

      I brought a microwave oven with grill (model number:OM-25DGQ) on October 2008 from New Delhi. My warrenty no.[protected].

      Suddenly one month back it stopped functioning. We contacted the near by Kenstar service center in Kodambakkam, Chennai but did not get a positive response. We were refered to Mr.Suresh (Cell No. [protected]) complained on 11 December 09 but till date i.e. 23 December 2009 in spite of several reminders telephonically. No one has attended the complaint.

      May I kindly request your esteemed company to intervene the problem and take appropriate action to attend the complaint?

      Your service centre at vedapalani could not be contacted due to incorrect telephone number in the manuel.

        I brought a washing machine three years ago and the mother board got burnt .The board is not available, and also the service personnel does not respond you properly.The service persons who came does not able to diagnose the problem. They turned after a long time and fit a second hand board but still it does not work. They are not able to get a new board.Please dont any of the Kemnstar product as the service suppport is not there.

        Dear Sir,

        i had used kenstar products for many years, but i have faced great discomfort in the tumbletop washing machine. in kerala, now at present i am using it in ludhiana, punjab, . the service centre pomised to service it and since one and a half month they are unable to rectify my problem and now says that it cannot be fixed.

        I have lodged three complaints vide complaint Nos. KLE0219023 dated 19.2.2010, KLE0227004 dated 27.2.2010 and kle 0309020 dated 9.3.2010 from Kolkata, West Bengal for repair. The fitting attached to the inlet pipe has broken and the same to be replaced. My machine is out of warrantee.Nobody turned up.I am helpless. If I do not receive any positive response from you I will have to write to Consumer Rights Forum for a solution. Yesterday being World Consumer Rights Day, I have got the address from the newspaper. They insist on lodging complaints. My phone No. is [protected].

          I, K.J. Lala from Mumbai has been using Kenstar Microwave Oven (Grill TYpe - OM9918C). It was purchased from M/S. Rahul Electronics, Dahisar. It is out of Waranty. The Oven is not working and so I lodged a complaint on Kenstar's Customer Care Help Line no[protected] and the complaint no given to me is 7A[protected]. Accordingly a technician visited me alsong with the printed job card (Job No.08A00160039, Dt.16/09/2008) of Kenstar and serviced my Oven. The magnetron was cause of the problem and the technician changed that and charged me Rs.2500/-. After few days again the same problem occured. So, I once again lodged the complaint (Complaint No. 7A[protected] with the customer care centre and now they are saying that the earlier call was not attended by their service department and further added that the pard that was replaced wont cost more than Rs.1900/-. My doubt here is how a person who is not at all related to Kenstar come to my residence for service and how can he have the job card of kenstar. Even that jobcard which he was having contains all my details related to that complaint which I have lodged with Kenstar. We had written a letter to their H.O. (Aurangabad) by Regd. Post on08/10/2008 and I received the Acknowledgment Due Card for the same. After that they voluntarily called me and told that somebody would be attending me for this problem and till now nobody has turned up and they are trying to keep on post poning the days by telling one reason or the other whenever I am calling them for this matter. With this type of Bad Experience we are recommending not to go for Kenstar Products henceforth and whatever may be the reason like low cost or offer or etc. We are now moving to Consumer Forum to sue Kenstar India limited with all the relevant documents we have with us in this regard.

            one day while using the toaster, there was a spark and the toaster stopped working. we are residents of kanpur. since then we've been trying hard to get an authorized Kenstar service centre for us to go and get our toaster repaired. but we've been unsuccessful. can u please let us know of an authorised kenstar service centre in kanpur ?

              I have purchased Kenstar Microwave oven Model 9918C from Jamshedpur. Now if I am asking for its repair then company employee giving me a suggestion that I have to purchase new one because they will not supply spare parts. As I have purchased this from Jamshedpur and their local authorized service centres are having complained that they are not getting the spares from Kenstar Company. In this condition how some one can think that I will suggest to my colleague to go for Kenstar home appliances.

              Kenstar / Microwave — replacement of product

              Microwave Replacement
              We bought Kenstar microwave on 1/5/ 2009. Just after few days we started facing issues with it. The problem was that it stopped working . We complained about the same to the company which in turn sent a mechanic who replaced one of the parts. Again after few days we started facing the same issue. We expressed our desire to replace the product as we didn't pay for a defective piece.within 8 month from the purchesed it has 2 complaint , But company again sent a mechanic who failed to understand the issue and recommended to get the product replaced.

              Calling Kenstar microwave ovens terrible would be an understatement. The customer service is pathetic beyond description. They are just looking to fool customers.

              I advise people not to buy Kenstar. The few rupees you pay less takes it out in the end. Go for a better brand like LG or Samsung. They are reliable and their service is outstanding.

              Also note that Videocon who are the owners of the brand Kenstar are facing a insolvency situation. They have no money to pay the bank. So I request all not to buy Kenstar and waste your money.

                I had purchased Kenstar LS 78 washing machine on 26 Nov 2007. the machine is giving sound and on complaing the technician from the company attended on 29 Sep 08. the technician foud that certain part is required to be replaced and went back with assurance to replace the part within three days. After that repeated telephine calls have failed to get attention from the company service centres and may complaint is not being rectified.
                I request halp in getting my complaint attended immediately.

                  I have made several complaints to the call centre and service centre also but the machine has not been made operational so far though once company service personels had visited my house.I request the machine may please be rectified immediately failing which i will be compelled to seek redresal of grievance from consumer court.I may be advised about the progress in complaint process.

                    I have ur MICROWAVE purchesed in 2005 at chandrapur (M.S.), and at present using it at Bhatapara C.G., the said product is not in working position since last one year as its timer is not working.I could not found any autorised service center at Bhatapara, Bilaspur, Raipur of C.G.and other service engineers have refused to work for KENSTAR Products, it shows the companys bed reputation in local market. I also could not suggest anybody to purchase KENSTAR because of non availability of after sales service in most of the areas.please do needful or give me list o[censored]r service center at C.G.

                      I bought kenstar washing machine in January 2007 and it was told it carries a warranty period of two years. Nearly six or seven times it was faulty (Water draining problem) and it was repaired. NOw I have moved to Tiruchirapalli, Tamilnadu, India and the same problem occured last week. I was shuttled between two dealers and very reluctantly one of them sent an amateur person (TO learn the repair at my cost). One part was replaced at Rs.175.00 and they informed that the part does not carry warranty. Moreover, the person was deputed very later after ringing to the company several times. Now also the problem persists, and they are very reluctant to do the repair.
                      The company is not appointing qualified /trained technicians for the service. That too, if the product is under warranty they pay very less attention because they are not paid by us.
                      Will the company interfere to safeguard the trade name of Kenstar or I should take protection under any forum?

                        Sir,
                        I reside in Pimpri-chinchwad, Pune. I have kenstar products in my home & i didnt know that kenstar donot provide after sales service in india. I have right kenstar washing machine giving problems. Problem faced is washing timer is not working & the timer replacement is required & i have registered 2 complaints since last 10 days. Nobody has turned up nor any call received from their side.I have traced around two dozen contact nors just to get the service done but none of them have so far solved the problem. I have committed sin by purchasing kenstar products & for forgiveness, i kindly request indian authorities to BAN/BLACKLIST Kenstar on India soil.

                        Similar situation ptrevails at Ranchi. I am constantly requesting the local authorised service centre for my complaint regarding Kenstar Washing Machine for last one & half months but no response from them.

                        Kenstar25dgq Combi - Grill — repair or replacement

                        i purchased the above mentioned oven 11/2yrs back at ideal stores,coimbatore).a salesman said ,there is no much difference between a non-convectional and convectional oven,except the browning effect.(ie,to have a browny effect on the cake ,we should turn it upside down,after one side is done in a non-convectional oven.whereas in a convectional oven both sides become brown automatically)but now i came to know that ,baking can be done effectively only in a convectional oven.can a non-convectional oven be converted to a convectional one by replacing some parts ?
                        help me regarding this.
                        Same thing happened to my Kenstar LS63 6KG Semi automatic WM within 6months time the plastic cover end which operates the spinner switch has broken when it was hardly used by me only for about 10 to 12 times .Since it is plastic part i have to pay for the cover which costs Rs.250/-
                        What is the fun of buying such machine when there is no guarantee for the year or no surety use of proper plastic/design .
                        My earlier machine gave us better trouble free life of five years i should have gone for the same.

                        I have a kenstar washing machine which is still around a year in warranty.But there is a mistake and I have called the service centre around 10 times till now which would have costed me around 50 rupees including all stand in time through their auto voice phone..Each time a service person picks the phone and says he would attend on the same day for the problem but till now no one has attended..Can you please help?

                        Kenstar Washing Machine — Worthless product

                        I purchased a Kenstar washing machine on 2005 april, tumble top one worth Rs 13000. Its a nice product. But it is not worthy. After two years Sep 2008, the drum of the machine broken and to be changed for the amount rs 2800, the service man told.
                        The rs 13, 000 worth washing machine's life is only 2 years. After that we should spend more money to maintain that as a "seconds" one.
                        Its called "durable" by the company.

                        Kenstar/ automatic washing machine — pictures of d flat

                        Dear sir,
                        I am an Electrical Engineer and I had purchased a Kenstar fully automatic washing machine 3 years back from a shop Ashirwad at Faizabad road, near Indira Nagar, Lucknow . After one year it stoped working and was repaired by your service centre, but after repairing it worked one more year. Now it has stoped working, there was drainage problem, so I informed your service centre at the end of August your service engineer came and told us that there is low voltage supply in your house so it is not working. After that I purchased a voltage stabilizer, but the machine was still not working, so I again lodged a complaint on phone no.[protected] on[protected] and retained the complaint no. which is 5Q[protected]. Your call centre promised me to send the man within 24 hours, but no body turned up. I again contacted to your call centre on[protected] and they send a man in the night who told us that your house was locked yesterday, while I was so ill that I had not gone anywhere and also my wife and children were at home. Now without opening the machine he has diclaired that the card of the machine is faulty so it has to be changed, then I said that machine is working and only pump is not working please check the pump, but he refused and said I know better, now after that I contacted your service centre to change the card at the earliest many times but to no avail, They always promise me to forward my complaint. Therefore I request you to look into the matter and do whatever possible at the earliest, and please do not send the same service engineer again.

                        I fully agree. Kenstar does not care to provide after sales service in India. This fact is concealed by the company while selling its products in India. The Kenstar Mixer-Grinder purchased by me sometime back has become out of order and nobody responds from Kenstar to repair it despite lot of efforts by me.

                        i have purchased kenstar convetion/grill oven 26/1/08, ( model om 31 dcf ) from GANESH AGENCY KARWAR KARNATAKA everything was fine, but one day i found that the door of my oven had bent both from in and outside.we placed complaint so many times, one of the company service person came examined and told us it was due to over heat it happens, but after some days he called us and told that their company was not willing to agree to this, and asked to send the photo's of the bent door, after lots of phone to company service person, they agreed to get it repair, now the door is fine, prior to this repair the working condition of my oven was good, but after repir now my convection is not all working.
                        my friends had asked me not to go for kenstar oven,
                        now i feel sad that even after going for such good brand, their service is not satishfactory and produts not at all reliable

                        Kenstar - 20 Lit Microwave — Microwave failed to work 4 times in six months since date of purchase

                        I bought a Kenstart microwave 20 lit from Multi Sales Showroom, Tilak Road- in Feb 2008.
                        It is under warrenty.
                        Since I Purchased this, this is has failed 4 times in 6 months. The sevice / support is hope less and pathetic. I have raised almost 15 complaints till today. As on today my Microwave is not working. Every time the engineer comes he takes the panel out and repairs and puts back. Registering, followup & Solving of complaint takes 1 month. As it is fixed in next 10 days some it stops functioning.

                        I have purchased Kenstar refrigerator (UTSAV 175P); with SERIAL NUMBER[protected] on 12-Apr-2008 from NEXT, Pondicherry. Just after 3 months of purchase the refrigerator has started troubling. The mechanic has already visited thrice, and the gas is also changed by the mechanic. I have already complained about it thrice. Besides after my repeated complaints we are still bearing with the compressor noise and living under the trauma that compressor might explode any time.

                        I don’t want to switch on the refrigerator..

                        Please take this refrigerator and give me a permanent solution.

                        Also, I am really worried about your customer care services. This is the worse I have ever seen.

Its almost a month & a half now and they are refusing to hand it back over. They are dilly dallying with one excuse after another.                         Kenstar Karisma Multi Processor — worst service&bogus product

                        i bought kenstar food processor in may 2007 at bangalore & i started using that in july but i couldn't use this product twice it was not running properly then i called service center for repair, they said it was in good condition but again it was not functioning well, now i m living in pune so i called service center in pune but no one help us.till the date i m unable use this product because of its poor machinery& worst product i ever bought.
                        I agree with the expressions Mr. Praveen Kumar did.
                        I also agree that, such companies, who are not interested for "their products serve their customers" should not be given licence to manufacture any products.
                        After sales service / customer care are the key places in the market for both suppleirs & customers.
                        If the suppleir is not fullfilling their part of work, they are not doing their job.
                        As a point to say, what if any employee in the "kenstar" company does not work, what will the company do? Remove the employee ! so that easy it is to decide that whether such complanies who does not provide the service, whcih is their duty, should be banned / not allowed to produce / market ay products.
                        I full agree with him, I have purchased microwave deluxe grill oven on 02-02-09 but no one turnedup for giving demo eventhough i contacted several numbers as on 06-02-09. i.e. for giving demo itself they are taking more time and trubling me. Both o[censored]s are working and put leave on 06-02-09 and were waiting upnow i.e. 16-11 hrs for a person to give demo like watching TV, but there is no use.                         I agree that there is some serious problem with Kenstar after-sales service. I have a Kenstar micro-wave, bought in Kolkata. The thing broke down while being moved to Mumbai. Ever since I have been trying to contact the service people. The phone number would never connect. I thought that the number had changed so I decided to call up the number in Pune and get the Mumbai number. The Pune number too did not connect. I then tried Kolkata. Same. New Delhi, ditto. Chennai, ditto. Bangalore, ditto. Hyderabad, ditto. Bhubanesway, ditto. Have they shut shop?
                        I too have the same experience. After sales service can be explained as "Now its your HeadAche, we have earned the profit by fooling you".

                        there is no after sale service for Kenstar appliances. this fact is not mentioned at the time of selling the prproducts. There is website as yet of this brand which is very unusual and thus no system for making complaints to the company.
                        I too had purchased a Kenstar fully automatic top-loading washing machine. The machine had stopped working because some rats found their way in and bit the wire connections. Their service centre is run in collaboration with Elctrolux. Their technician only came after many phone calls after two or three months. He said the machine would have to be taken to their workshop. I carried the machine to their workshop but no action to repair the machine was taken even after two months. Finally, on making repeated phone calls they informed that the motor had burned out and the total cost of reparing the machine would be Rs.5, 500/-, which I must deposit with them. This I felt was too much. So I called a private technician and took away the machine which was lying in a dismantled condition. The private technician informed that there was nothing wrong with the motor and the machine after assembling was in a working condition but the Electrolux service centre had deliberately not handed over the cover switch so that the machine could not be started in the normal way. Now I am unable to use the machine because the service centre is not returning the original switch or supplying a replacement switch.

                        On the whole, the product was good, but the aftersales service was atrocious. No one should buy any Kenstar products unless they believe in use-and-throw.

                        Kenstar — WASHING MACHINE - VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

                        I have purchased Kenstar LF-2008 washing machine in coimbatore. Due to some unknown problems, the machine was not running for the past 10 Days. We have lodged a complaint no: COI[protected] they have not yet attend. Then once again we have lodged another complaint no: COI[protected]. still this date of 06.03.2009, they have not attended.

                        Regarding this matter we have informed to this to Regional Manager Mr.Vishweswaran through his mobile [protected]. He asked us to contact to Mr.Pradeep (Coimbatore kenstar Manager) to his mobile no: [protected]. He asked us to pass this matter to Executive (Coimbatore Kenstar) Mr.Sreedhar of his mobile no:[protected]. He says we will look this tommoroe.

                        Totally the kenstar company people play a many customers. Why we the people do not go to the Consumer Court, to band this machine and the Company?.

                        I fully agree with the comments about KENSTAR. I bought a 1 1/2 ton Split AC from BamBINO 47/2C gariahat Road KOLKATA 700 019 on 19th April 2008. Since then i have nothing but problems. I am an NRI. I did not have any experience with the Indian products. Kenstar in USA is a very well known product. I always used them but no problem.

                        From day one there is problem with the compressor . Simply the A/C does not cool. The company mechanic came number of times but it seems can't fix the machine. Now the one year is going to be expired very soon. I do not know what to do. It is not fixed --the gas is leaking or it seems their mechanic can't solve or detect the leak in the compressor. They had taken the machine to their lab as well. Now I do not know what to do.

                        If anybody knows where I can write or complain (executives office) . I would appreciate.

                        I reside in Jamshedpur. I have kenstar Microwave oven products in my home & i didnt know that kenstar donot provide after sales service in india. Since last two years I am struggleing for getting its spare PCB which is deffective declared by their service center i.e. Freeze Point Jamshedpur. Nobody has turned up nor any call received from their side.I have traced around two dozen contact nors just to get the service done but none of them have so far solved the problem.                         I'm fully agree with the comments about KENSTAR . I bought two KENSTAR items Electric Iron and Microwave Oven from Big Bazar, Sahara Sopping Mall, Hazratganj, Lucknow last year. Now I have some problem in both the items.
                        I tried to contact the service center they adviced me to bring my Warrenty Card along with Bill.I have the warrenty card only not Bill for both.

                        Yes I agree that Kenstar does not provide service after sales. They will respond to your call and but no action. The reason is they do not have spare parts to server our request. So all kenstar products are "USE AND THROW" type. So please take care. As you all know government will not take any action on curruption, cheating because they do the same.

                        I purchaed a Microwave oven from EZone in Bangalore on 22/03/2009 for Rs.14, 000/-. No one came for the demo for 2 weeks depsite constatnt followup with eZone. Finally, after shouting my guts out, one technician came over who did not know the ABCD of microwaves. Next day the oven conks out and the transformer burns out. I have a Kenstar micro-wave, bought in Indore.at 24/12/2008, but after two month the micrsystem of microwave was not wor king. i am going to services center of kenstar the solve the problem and after two days the same problem i face, four time the service center solve the problem and one time the change the megnotrom and charge 1600 hundrad rupee for this but till now the microsystem is not working and my microwave is still on service center.

                        I purchased kenstar air condition on 6/7/08 from Mahajan Electronics New Delhi. I have made the service complaint on 21/4/09 at customer care at 2:30 complaint no.[protected], I was assured by Mr Manas who took the complaint that it will be taken up within 24 hrs. It has been 7 days and nobody has turned up nor any call received from their side.I have traced around two dozen contact nors just to get the service done but none of them have so far solved the problem, I have been reminding at the customer care every day 6-7 times, they had given me the nos of their service provider that is Art Cool Services 26, 27 Bapu park, kotla contact person Mr sandeep lamba ph no:[protected] which is invalid also they have given me the no of their service head Mr Harmeet [protected] which is switched off from last 7 days. Every time when I call customer care I am told that they are sorry for inconvenience and will take up the matter with their seniors but to my dismay nothing is been done by them had i knew that their no service of kenstar products.I wouldn't have purchased kenstar ac. I feel that I have committed sin by purchasing kenstar products.

                        I also fully agree with the complaints on Kenstar. I purchased a window a/c of Kenstar and I tried my level best since 3 years to locate a service engineer to service the same. It's high time to blacklist such companies from our soil.
                        Please ban this useless company. I have just discovered that my cooler has an aluminium winding in its motor rather than a proper copper winding. And because of the aluminium winding my cooler's motor has been ruined. Please ban this silly excuse for a company. And i cant believe they are selling air con also.                         I had purhased kenstar food processor at VIJAY SALES Tip Top Plaza Thane on 14/05/2007.The same was not working.I lodged acomplaint in Feb 2009 .The mechanic came, he repaired the food processor.He took Rs 175 as servicing charges though it was in guarantee period in spite of my showing him guarantee card and receipt.
                        After 15 days the food processor was again not working I lodge complaint.The mechanic came, he told me that motor was out of order and he will visit with the motor and will replace the same within 2-3 days.I am following with them for last 20 days but no body is coming for repair.This is very disgusting.
                        I have spoken to managers in Thane but they are also not able to do anything.They told me to lodge complant again and fresh complaint no isTHA[protected].

                        Yes, Kenstar service centres even in Navi Mumbai not giving proper response to the customer complaints.

                        I bought one water filter (purifier) two years back. I am having an annual AMC contract against any faults which may arise during the services of the product during that year. I paid Rs. 958 as AMC charges for a product worth about Rs. 6000.

                        The purifier has not been attended even a single time as against promised 3 services in a year.

                        The purifier has stopped delivering water from it and we are forced to use either tap water or bought out water from the open retail market.

                        Even after regularly complaining over their call centre[protected] or at their employees at [protected]/ [protected] (Anwar), they always promise to send the service attendent but no body comes and do the needful.

                        This is my second product which I have bought from Kenstar in last 12 years. Every time I faced the same problem of after sales services. Comparing tothem, Eureka Forbes products are very good and has a trouble free life. The service network is very good and they attend to the service requests very promptly.

                        I am planning to go to the consumer court against Kenstar.. But I would pray if their is some mechanism in the consumer court where they can Ban Kenstar and its subsidiries to operate in India..

                        I bought a Kenstar 1 ton A/C in 2005. Right after the 1st yr the product started giving me problems. The button controls on it wouldn't work correctly; there is always (still is there) a continuous noise from its body when it ON.
                        The Customer care is pathetic. I am just dragging along with this product, getting the GAS filled each year. I recommend that people buy A/Cs of other co's but not Kenstar.
                        This summer I am planning to just dump it to a kabaariwaala, as there is no respite from the heat in this Delhi summer.

                        About 1&1/2 years ago we purchased 1.5T SpliAC-1.5t, It was working okay, And service contract extended-ArcticBusiness corporation CHENNAI-TNAGAR-17.
                        Now the prroblem of water condensation & flow is continuous. earlier also reported.

                        I purchased Kenstar .75 ton AC on 13th April 2007, but this was big mastake by me. The product is good but the after sales servive is very bad, since my purchase, only once the technician visited the place as the unit was not cooling the room. No replacements and no repairs, I spend 1000/- to repair the AC.

                        I completely agree with Paveen Kumar. I had bought a Kenstar Foodprocessor from VIVEKS Chennai and has already run into trouble with in a year. KENSTAR and VIVEKS seem to be natural partners when it comes customer service. Its been more than a 10 days since i gave this machine for service at VIVEKS and we are yet to get this serviced. And neither of their customer service nos are reachable at anytime during the day. This is my second such experience with VIVEKS and i shall never buy any products from this store.

                        The website has option for finding the Service Centers but is not enabled (sic!!!). There is absolutely no mention about the customer’s complaints or the Service help line number.

                        Fed up with the poor services from your local (Ahmedabad) dealer I took the help line number and tried to seek help for the repair of Mixer Grinder. I am giving below an account of my experience dealing with your Service Call Centre ([protected])

                        On 28th May’2009 I contacted the Service Call Centre and got my service request registered (Complaint No.AHM[protected]) for Kenstar Model MG9604A Mixer Grinder. The executive told me that the service engineer would visit with in 48 hours (The web site says with 24 hours..sic!!!).

                        I requested the executive over phone to provide me the local Service Centre Address or Contact number so that I can either visit or talk to the concerned to save time. I was informed that this information can not be given and as per the system, the service requests are to be registered with the Service Call Centre only. I made a request to take a note that the engineer should visit only after talking to me over my mobile phone ([protected]) phone.

                        Today, 3rd June, 2009 after waiting for more than 144 hours, I contacted the Call centre again to remind. To my great astonishment I was told that my address was wrong (as reported by their service engineer Mr. Ghanshyam) and therefore the complaint is closed. I was given a new Complaint No. AHM [protected] by the call center executive Ms. Sheetal. She also advised me to talk to the local service centre and told me to contact Mr. Raju at 230666. When I told her that there can not be a 6 digit phone number in Ahmedabad (sic!!!) she gave me a mobile number of Mr. Vijay Parikh [protected]. She never told me that I should try this number after 11 (sic!!!). I requested her to lodge a complaint against Mr. Ghanshyam who has wrongly reported for closing the case citing the reason of incorrect address but she gave me no solutions for such grievances.

                        I tried on the mobile number several times but got no response. I called up the Call centre again to enquire whether the number was correct. I asked the Call Centre executive to transfer the line to the Call Centre Supervisor but I was told that his line was busy and I should call again after 10 minutes. I kept holding the line but to no avail.

                        I joined the Call Centre number again and this time Nazneen picked up the line and spoke in chaste Hindi whereas I had opted for talking in English. My request to transfer the line to the Call Centre head was not entertained.

                        Furious, I called the centre again and talked to Ms. Jayshree this time. She wanted to know the reason for transferring the line to the Supervisor. When I told her that I wish to make a complaint against the Call Centre executives she told me that she is the boss. Suspecting her behaviour I insisted for talking to the Call Centre head.

                        The line was then transferred to Mr. Dheeraj, Manager of Call Centre. I insisted for initiating action as under:

                        Mr. Ghanshyam: For giving false report of wrong address and not following the instruction for talking to me over my mobile phone prior to the visit.

                        Ms. Sheetal: For not informing me that I should call after 11 am to contact Mr. Vijay Parikh and also not transferring the life to her superior inspite of my insistence.

                        Ms. Nazneen: For talking to me in other language inspite of my opting for English & not transferring the line to the Supervisor in spite of my holding the line for long.

                        Ms. Jayshree: For blocking me to reach to her superiors. For shielding her colleagues by imposing herself as the Head of Call Centre.

                        Mr. Dhiraj: The Manager of the Call Centre showed helplessness while talking. He should be held overall responssible for the entire episode and improper handling of the customer’s grievances / complaints.

                        I sincerely hope that my feed back would help you to weed out the shortcoming in the system and improve the services of the company. This complaint should be limited to be seen as against a particular person but against the system as a whole. I would like to make some suggestions as under:
                        1. The website should guide the customers properly with the address / contact numbers of the all service centres.
                        2. There should be provision to lodge complaint on the web site also.
                        3. Call Centres should have correct address / contact numbers.
                        4. All service related grievance should also be registered at the Call Centres.
                        5. Call Centre executives should not discourage the customers to talk to the superiors even though the matter could be trivial.
                        6. The feed back on closing the complaints should be sought by sending sms or verbal feed back over phone to ensure proper customer satisfaction.

                        I am trying the mobile number of Mr. Vijay Parikh [protected] since 11 O’ clock (till 11.18) but no one is picking up the line….. who bothers for the customers.. afterall?????????????????

                        i have registered a complaint of my water cooler on 11.6.09 (Purchased two months back from vijayawada) . several times I called the toll free number also. no body attended the cooler. then three days back(probably on 29.6.09) again i called and lodged the same complaint . the person who attended said sorry and assured to attend within 24 hrs. but already morethan 48hrs over. so kindly attend the problem so that i will not be constrained to go for legal assistance for solving the problem.

                        KENSTAR 210 LTR Refrigerator — Non-cooling

                        I made a complaint two weeks before for the above reason which was attended by one of your great service
                        engineer and advised to recharge the refrigerant and promised to do next day itself. One week is over and so far it is not rectified. I called a local mechanic and done the job. I am deeply regretted to say that it is
                        better to wind up your business if you are giving such a service to the customers. One more thing I like to
                        brought into your notice that the fridge carries a 4 years warranty from today and I am not responsible for
                        any further breakdown of the sealed system and you cannot deny the warranty for this minor repair
                        which I was forced to do due to your inefficiency.
                        I lodged a complaint through call centre from Hyderabad for Kenstar refrigerator 210 lrs. for non-cooling
                        two weeks back and a technician (the great man came after two days and advised to recharge the refrigerant and promised to rectify immediately. So far no call from him and I got it repaired by the
                        local mechanic. It falls under the warranty of 4 years and in future any occurs for the sealed system for
                        which the warranty exists if any objection raised by Kenstar (the hopeless service they have) I am not
                        responsible for this repair made by me. I was forced to do so and the responsibility is full vested upon
                        the manufacturer only. This is for the information.
                        I strongly agree with the feelings of people. We have had a horrible experience with Kenstar after sale service. We bought a Kenstar Top load washing machine in Uttarakhand. We were leaning toward front load machines. The sales person said that Kenstar was "the best" washing machine, because it provided the advantages of washing sideways (the drum moves sideways like in a front load machine), but comes with top loading (so one does not need to bend for throwing in the laundry!). When asked about after sale service, we were told that their autorized representatives provide excellent service. Here is what happened:
                        The machine was delivered, and their 'agent' came to fit it (there are parts that need to be gotten out of the back of the machine, which requires a professional hand (one does not want to touch it during warranty period!). There was no instruction manual, and the agent tried to convince us that Kenstar does not provide a manual! He did the job of fixing the machine half heartedly-he was more focused on attending calls on his cell phone.
                        Anyway, each time we ran the machine, it would make a loud banging sound. We were told that it was a weight balancing issue (in other words we were not balancing the weight of clothes when putting them in the machine). After trying everything, we called them again and insisted that they open the back cover, becasue something was flying inside the machine...And guess what came out: The instructions manual!!!There were several such issues in the last three years. Now, the drain pipe needs replacement since the last couple months. Their 'authorised agent" tells us that Kenstar has been taken over by another company, and therefore, the pipes are not avalable.
                        I am now trying to contact the parent company for replacement of the Drain pipe, without whcih the washing machine is uselesss.
                        So, I completely agree that (i) it is FOOLISH to purachse Kenstar products in India, and (ii) there needs to be some ACTION in this matter. Finally, anyone who is thinking of purchasing any Kenstar product in India, please, please, please DO NOT make the mistake.
                        I definitely agree with the complaints about any of the Kenstar products. I Recently brought Kenstar food processor (Karishma). Oh I bet this is by far the worst product I picked up from the shelf. The motor over heats very fast. The cleaning is altogether a hectic process or I should say a nightmare. Nobody takes the calls, or answers queries. Please let me know if Kenstar can be sued in any way. Thank you in advance.

                        Kenstar, Washing Machine (Tumble Top) — Absolutely No responses from customer care

                        I have been booking complaints after complaints, but for some or other reason they keep closing it, and everytime i call to enquire the status i keep getting a new complain number with the standard response of "Someone will contact you within 24 hours". I recently spent several thousands of rupees on a previous complain, got the motor and controller card changed, which worked for about a month before breaking down again. So it pinches to have to throw away the machine after spending so much. I am severely of the opinion that Kenstar only has their sales force intact, and after-sales services is the worst i have ever seen. Can't even find any contact info to escalate the issue.
                        I really wonder how this low grade company like Kenstar exists in the market. I really regret buying a fridge from the company.

I have handed over the mixie with service centre at secunderabad. More than 15 days are over and the same is not yet repaired and they are still replying tomorrow you will get.                         I do agree with comments.My Kenstar fully automatic top-loading washing machine was stopped working. their technician came after many calls & said a spare called PCB had to be changed which was not available at that time & I was told by the service centre that it would be available in a week or so.But it's been over 3 months since then they are still showing unavailablity of the spare.It is really frustrating & annoying.
                        I am residing at Palanpur, Gujarat.I have purchased a Kenstar Toofan mixer grinder before three months from "Music world electronics"Palanpur.When I opened the box at home I could not find any gurantee or warrenty card.After complaining the same to the dealer he regreted and promised to give the warrenty card within five days.But today after three monts and after visiting the dealer for about 20 times, writing this complain because the mixer is not working properly only after three months.Now I have decided to complain in the consumer forum against the company and the rude and insulting behaviour of the dealer as he has denied to give any warranty card now.

                          I purchased a LF-690 Automatic washing machine on 19/4/2008 from Next Retail Shop, Jessore Road, Kolkata -700055 (phone[protected] on the recommendation of the dealer. The Bill No. is 217854 and the Machine Serial No. is K7G000390. Within about six weeks of purchase the machine started making noise and producing abnormal vibration in the Rinse and Spin mode. It apparently was no longer adjusting the washables for these modes and even attempts to adjust or spread the washables in the drum during these operations, using less washload, were proving futile. Finally, on 7/6/08, I reported the matter to the dealer who registered a complaint with M/s Paul & Company, 44, Old Nimta Road Belgharia (North) Kolkata - 70056 (Ph:[protected]/25535031, apparently Kenstar's service contractor for North Calcutta). Their Job No. is 6A[protected] dated 7/6/08. Their mechanics visited on 10th and 11th June. On 10.6.08, their mechanic reported that he needed the help of another person and would come the next day. On 11.6.2008, however, two servicemen visited but after examining the problem declared that the machine has to be taken to their workshop for check-up and repair. The machine was taken to the workshop of the service vendor on 12/6/08 evening. Till to-day (15/06/08) the machine has not been returned after rectification. There is no information either from the Service Workshop when the machine will be returned after repair. The Manufacturer has a website, which does not register any complaints but has an email address : [protected]@kenstar-appliances.com for gathering information. I have written to them twice asking them to take action and consider replacement as the machine started malfuntioning within about 6 weeks of purchse (The warranty is for 2 years). So far there is no response.

                            I purchased a air cooler 9704 Turbo Cool Kenstar Model in May, 2008. After that in the month of August, 2008, the water pump of the cooler was not total working. I complained to service centre and lodged a complain (complain no. DGP08H210051). About two months have been passed and at present the complaint was not attended so far. Then I contacted distributor, they gave a me a new number of complain centre from where I also lodged a complain (complain no. KCI 165). But still not attended by the company service engineer. Now what i have to do? Me and my wife both are doing government service. We have no time.
                            May I suggest not to purhcase any product under Kenstar logo because of his service and warranty in future.

Sir when i called these poeple land line is always getting engage and cell no. is switched off sir if these people are busy or unable to do the service then please arrange some one who can solve this problem u can see this summer and ours is a joint family and we are suffering alot sir please try to solve our problem as soon as possible.

                              It is with utmost fury, frustation and pain that i pen down the saga of my sufferings using two products of Kenstar Appliances, namely its Convection Model Microwave and its Food Processor. I am Dr. Manoj S. Kamat based in Panjim Goa and i purchased both the above mentioned products one and half year before from CMM, Panjim Goa.

                              Kenstar's after sales service showed its first sign of shher irresponsibility by making we wait for more then 20 days for the demo. My repeated calls to the centre and the dealer seemed a futile exercise as the company did'nt even bother to arrange for the demonstration of the appliances for which i parted my hard earned money. After constant calls, and my ultimatum that i will drop the appliances in the dustbin of the service center if they are not attented to, a stupid service personnel "favoured" by making it to my home, opened the boxes adoring my kitchen yet to be opened and showed me the switches to put it on. Promising that he will make it some other day for the demo for he is "extremely busy" he left never to return till date. Result: For past 18 months i havent used the Microwave except for reheating bread ocassionally, and the food processor is served as a mixer.

                              We couldnot use all the functions of the food processor to for simmilar reasons. Last month the food processor used as a mixer turned off, refusing to restart. Bitten by the prior bad experience and yet in trouble i called the call centre (Kenstar service center, located at Kamat Complex, Caranzalem, Telephone[protected]/ 862/914) at least 7 times in past 10 days and every time I am promised that the engineer would visit my house today. Till date "Tomorrow" has never come, leaving my family in difficulties without the food processor (read "mixer")..

                              I am pained that such a reputed company like Kenstar witha range of appliances, are so shabby with customer care and after sales. IMAGINE IF THIS IS THE PLIGHT OF CUSTOMERS, STILL COVERED UNDER THE GUARANTEE PERIOD, what does the company's philosophy stand for. I m not so surprised that innumerable complaints from poor and helpless customers figure out on www.complaintboard.com and simmilar sites.

                              Bitten by such experience, I would strongly NOT RECCOMEND Kenstar appliances to anyone, and strongly urge to turn down its products "EVEN IF THEY ARE OFFERED FOR FREE "

                              I had myself bought a Kenstar OM-20ACF Microwave on 17/10/2007, for the past two months it is not working and repeated phone calls to the durgapur and asansol(West Bengal) service centres have gone in vain. Sometimes the story runs like "no service engineers available", 'no spare parts available", "having problems with parent company" and what not. They had sent one person once to check up, who said the PCB is faulty, he changed the same and then claimed the door switch is not working...we are suffering immensely because of the irresponsible attitude of KENSTAR. My suggestion is please donot buy any Kenstar product or else the suffering will be inevitable.

                              The website has option for finding the Service Centers but is not enabled (sic!!!). There is absolutely no mention about the customer’s complaints or the Service help line number.

                              Fed up with the poor services from your local (Ahmedabad) dealer I took the help line number and tried to seek help for the repair of Mixer Grinder. I am giving below an account of my experience dealing with your Service Call Centre ([protected])

                              On 28th May’2009 I contacted the Service Call Centre and got my service request registered (Complaint No.AHM[protected]) for Kenstar Model MG9604A Mixer Grinder. The executive told me that the service engineer would visit with in 48 hours (The web site says with 24 hours..sic!!!).

                              I requested the executive over phone to provide me the local Service Centre Address or Contact number so that I can either visit or talk to the concerned to save time. I was informed that this information can not be given and as per the system, the service requests are to be registered with the Service Call Centre only. I made a request to take a note that the engineer should visit only after talking to me over my mobile phone ([protected]) phone.

                              Today, 3rd June, 2009 after waiting for more than 144 hours, I contacted the Call centre again to remind. To my great astonishment I was told that my address was wrong (as reported by their service engineer Mr. Ghanshyam) and therefore the complaint is closed. I was given a new Complaint No. AHM [protected] by the call center executive Ms. Sheetal. She also advised me to talk to the local service centre and told me to contact Mr. Raju at 230666. When I told her that there can not be a 6 digit phone number in Ahmedabad (sic!!!) she gave me a mobile number of Mr. Vijay Parikh [protected]. She never told me that I should try this number after 11 (sic!!!). I requested her to lodge a complaint against Mr. Ghanshyam who has wrongly reported for closing the case citing the reason of incorrect address but she gave me no solutions for such grievances.

                              I tried on the mobile number several times but got no response. I called up the Call centre again to enquire whether the number was correct. I asked the Call Centre executive to transfer the line to the Call Centre Supervisor but I was told that his line was busy and I should call again after 10 minutes. I kept holding the line but to no avail.

                              I joined the Call Centre number again and this time Nazneen picked up the line and spoke in chaste Hindi whereas I had opted for talking in English. My request to transfer the line to the Call Centre head was not entertained.

                              Furious, I called the centre again and talked to Ms. Jayshree this time. She wanted to know the reason for transferring the line to the Supervisor. When I told her that I wish to make a complaint against the Call Centre executives she told me that she is the boss. Suspecting her behaviour I insisted for talking to the Call Centre head.

                              The line was then transferred to Mr. Dheeraj, Manager of Call Centre. I insisted for initiating action as under:

                              Mr. Ghanshyam: For giving false report of wrong address and not following the instruction for talking to me over my mobile phone prior to the visit.

                              Ms. Sheetal: For not informing me that I should call after 11 am to contact Mr. Vijay Parikh and also not transferring the life to her superior inspite of my insistence.

                              Ms. Nazneen: For talking to me in other language inspite of my opting for English & not transferring the line to the Supervisor in spite of my holding the line for long.

                              Ms. Jayshree: For blocking me to reach to her superiors. For shielding her colleagues by imposing herself as the Head of Call Centre.

                              Mr. Dhiraj: The Manager of the Call Centre showed helplessness while talking. He should be held overall responssible for the entire episode and improper handling of the customer’s grievances / complaints.

                              I sincerely hope that my feed back would help you to weed out the shortcoming in the system and improve the services of the company. This complaint should be limited to be seen as against a particular person but against the system as a whole. I would like to make some suggestions as under:
                              1. The website should guide the customers properly with the address / contact numbers of the all service centres.
                              2. There should be provision to lodge complaint on the web site also.
                              3. Call Centres should have correct address / contact numbers.
                              4. All service related grievance should also be registered at the Call Centres.
                              5. Call Centre executives should not discourage the customers to talk to the superiors even though the matter could be trivial.
                              6. The feed back on closing the complaints should be sought by sending sms or verbal feed back over phone to ensure proper customer satisfaction.

                              I am trying the mobile number of Mr. Vijay Parikh [protected] since 11 O’ clock (till 11.18) but no one is picking up the line….. who bothers for the customers.. afterall?????????????????

                              Kenstar home appliances/ microwave — complaint against servicing

                              Dear sir, I have made complaint for the repair of my Kenstar microwave in june 2009 (purchaged in 22/08/2007) which is attended by serviveman from M/S Om service centre, Mumbai (contact no.[protected] on 02/07/09.
                              Service man on 02/07/2009 removed my PCB for maintenance and taken away to service centre. Since than my PCB has not been installed. I regularly contact the service centre and they have only one excuse that the part is not available and being brought from Aurangabad. I think one month is enough time to do so.
                              Please take expedite action in this matter. These service centres are only doing bad name to your esteemed Organisation.

                              I have purcheased Convention Microwave on 3rd Dec. Despite of calling Kenstar several times i am still waiting for proper Demo, in terms of after sales Kenstar is very bad company. They do not have skilled engineers and they do not know the value of time.
                              VERY TRUE, NO ONE SOULD EVER PURCHASE ANY KENSTAR PRODUCT. STORY IS SAME PCB OF WASHING MACHINE GETTING FREQUENTLY BURNT. EVERY TIME GOT REPLACED THROUGH AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER WIT GREAT DIFFICULTY. ALMOST HALF THE COST OF NEW MACHINE HAS BEEN INCURRED SO FAR. AGAIN ASA GOT BURNT AND LYING AS A SCRAP SHOW PIECE.
                              I've been using a Kenstar Mixer Grinder and a microwave for several years. I've never experienced any problem whatsoever. Ofcourse one can get frustrated when such glitches arise and the company is held responsible for poor tech support. Their products are good. Take your grievances to the consumer redressal forum and everything will be ok. All the best.
                              I have a similar problem, i had registered a complaint with Kenstar service centre in Bangalore (Rajaji Nagar, Mr.Divakar). Till now they have not attended to the problem with my Microwave Oven. On enquiring they give un professional replies like it will be attended the next day (it is more than 10 days now) or Technician is ON leave or they are overloaded with service requests. Its a shame that companies like KENSTAR are taking customers for granted and are prepared to tarnish their image by having such people and setup...will never buy KENSTAR product or will ever recommend to someone in my life time.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am Laxmi Vaidyanathan. I purchased a KENSTAR FOOD PROCESSOR. Within few months of purchase food processor stopped working. I gave a complaint to Kenstar and a person came for servicing. He said one of parts has to be changed and would be done in 15 days since the part has to come from Aurangabad. It has been over 2 months now but i have not received the part. I have been calling GURU SERVICES, who are service agent for Kenstar in Mumbai every week, and I get the same reply that they will receive the part next week. I dont know when their SO CALLED "NEXT WEEK" IS GOING TO COME.

                                My complaint No is H15001. KIndly take necessary action to the complaint.

                                I am ganesh khadtare. I purchased a KENSTAR 32 LCD TV. Within few months of purchase LCD manual buttan stopped working. I gave a complaint to Kenstar and a person came for servicing. I have been calling HUB MAll, who are service agent for Kenstar in Mumbai every week, I dont know when their SO CALLED "NEXT WEEK"

                                Suddenly one month back it stopped functioning. We contacted the near by Kenstar service center in Kodambakkam, Chennai but did not get a positive response. We were refered to Mr.Suresh (Cell No. [protected]) complained on 11 December 09 but till date i.e. 23 December 2009 in spite of several reminders telephonically. No one has attended the complaint.

                                May I kindly request your esteemed company to intervene the problem and take appropriate action to attend the complaint?

I have called him but since from 20 days he is teeling me today one person name Mr. Dilip([protected]) is coming to attend my complaint but he also not coming whwn i called him he is not picking my call.
                                how such a bad service you are providing to the customers. In future i will tell to my relatives and friends not to buy your products.

                                May I kindly request your esteemed company to intervene the problem and take appropriate action to attend the complaint?

                                  We purchased a Kenstar Microwave Oven Model No. OM : 34ECR capacity 34ltrs on Dt 31/12/04 Bill N0-7471 from Mayank Electronics, Old Cannught Place, Chakrota Road, Dehradun . After a use of 32 months we feel a heating problem then contacted the local Kenstar Service Centre: Appliances Care Centre, Agenda Complex, 11/10, Rajpur Road Dehradun(Uttranchal), on dated 9/9/07 they changed a part named Magnetron of Rs 1800/- Bill N0. 2913 with six months guarantee, after 25 days we were facing same problem then again contacted the same local Service Centre then they again changed the same part this time free of cost. Now we regret to say the same problem has been created only after seven months on dated 9th May-08.It is financially inconvenient to replace such an expensive part regularly. We fail to understand whether this particular piece is defective or this happens due to another reason. I have already been written about my problem [protected]@kenstar-appliances.com on

                                    Kenstar Water Purifier — Water Purifier leaking

                                    Hi,
                                    I had brought Kenstar water purifier last year.Recently I had noticed water leaking from the device.I made 2 complaints.Once of them named Prashant came and said that something had broken and it would need replacement.He said currently that is not available I would let you know when it is.After a week when nobody contacted.I contacted him (his no is [protected]).At that time he asked me to contact directly to the company and said if he needs to come then he will have to be given service charge.Why didn't he inform this earlier? We again lodged a complaint after making a promise of getting back to us within 24 hrs no body contacted and we were forced to all again.This time they said the same that the part is not available.My product warranty is still October and I need either a replacement of the product or replacement of the part immediately.Can you please help?                                       I HAVE PURCHASE KEN STAR SPLIT AC IN MONTH OF OCT 2007. one technician came from bhagalpur bihar install unit.during instalation front swing blade seen totaly dimage.
