We have contacted the above mentioned company to transport our car from Delhi to Pune. As it was commited that before loading the car, company will give the proper travel insurance of the car. They took the amount (Rs.3000) of insurance and gave the insurance copy. When we inquired the same from the respective insurance company, we found that insurance was fake, it was on the name of some other person. And at the time of delivery, they demanded for Rs2000 more to deliver the car.
At the time of delivery we found brakes light of the car was broken and there was dents on the car. We informed the same to them, but they didnt replied and didnt took any action or reiembursement.
Its a humble request to take some legal action on the dealer(Kerala Packers and Movers), as its a case of forgery. Attached is the false insurance copy which was provided to us.
