keshav madhav rath — journey not completed by service provider

I have booked ticket in the keshav madhav rath from tatanagr,jharkhand to siwan,bihar on 24.01.10 for same day journey.But service provider not arrived up to booked destination and also not returned fare.they left at patna bus stop and abuses by bus driver.
