Dear Sir,

It is with great agony & with deep regret I wish to draw your kind attention and I have compelled to complaint against M/s. Kesoram Spun Pipes & Foundries, Prop: Kesoram Industries Limited, for their quibble and false pretext, neglect & roguish attitude towards release of my P.F. & E.P.F. settlement issue – i.e. withdrawal.

I personally request your good self to intervene immediately in this regard. Because, the Company evades all government / industrial regulations in illegal way & they are master in this subjects & malpractice is in their nature. Lot many cases are in example.

I have already submitted B.I.P.F. a Birla trust body - filled in format & FORM-19 & FORM-10C respectively to them for necessary action at their end on November 15, 2008.
