Its quite disheartening that a urgent consignment send from Khadims regional office chennai reached its Ernakulam Retail on 30/06/09. An explaination was given from the Franch Express, Cochin office that there is shortage of man power and due to monsoon. Please take this issue with atmost importance.

Shopkeeper of this KHADIMS store has agreed to deliver the repaired shoe as on 03.04.2010, now they are informing me that I have to pay more rupees for take the shoe.
