raj gas service — not issue me second cylinder

i am a costmor of raj gas service allocated in faridabad.my cosumer no is SG 14407.my address is H.NO E-817 dabua colony n.i.t faridabad.i have only one cylender on my gas book.i am using connection of bharat gas last eight year.but i have tried of lot of time for the 2nd cylender.but they made many type of excuse.they said me that they have no stock of cylender.i am using only one cylender from 2001 to 2009.i am faceing lot of problem.after delievered 25 days they book athor cyl after booking 25 they will give the date of recieve the cly from godown.kindly solve this problem and issue me 2nd cly.my contact [protected].

Gas connection was allotted in the name of Sh. Radhe Shyam Patriya S/o Sh. RadhaKrishan Patriya, resident of Tehsil- Jahazpur, District-Bhilwara (Rajasthan) is consumer of LPG supplied by Khairad Gas Service (Indane), Deoli Road-Jahazpur(Bhilwara), Consumer No. is 262.
Consumer died on date July 31, 2012. As a matter of fact the name should be changed in wife’s name. It is therefore required to change the name in favor of Smt. Krishana Devi Patriya W/O Late Sh. Radhe Shyam Patriya . It is worthy to state that for the procedure of “Name change Process” Following document was submitted.
1. Copy of Ration Card
2. Copy of Voter ID
3. Copy of Original SV
4. Affidavit produced from nominee and claimed person.
It is therefore, requested to do the needful at an earliest period so that we may not face difficulty is refilling of gas.
