Dear Sir,

With due respect and humble I beg to say you that Khan Gold Care of Bangalore advertised in the leading newspaper of maharashtra regarding set up of Tower and also gave phone numbers. Accordingly I called to that number and came to know that it deals with set up of Tower in all parts of India. They asked me to send my land documents and they will send me approval letter and I have to send 4000Rs demand draft to them .They will come to visit the place within 40 days and will check the site and if it is suit them they will give 9 lakhs of Rs in advance and 40000 Rs monthly rent. If it does not suit them they will return back the 4000 Rs.

Now my concern is that according to their statement I sent documents but still no response got from them. It already 2 months. For your reference I am sending you the website address: www.khangoldcare.com

khan gold care — No response and communication

I am Kh.Simon from Imphal.After reading the advertisement of Khangoldcare regarding thier tower installation at local newspaper,I apply for an authorization of khangoldcare agency at Imphal through their e-mail which in their response gave us an authorization letter with service tax no.AAJFK9576GSD001 stating that our authorization has been granted and we will be getting Rs 10000 at each installation as agent commision.Afterwards, we started collecting the land documentations and as per their instruction after the receival of the approval letters we started sending the DD,s of around 130 customers through us.We were told that the survey team will arrive at Imphal on June 1st week.Afterwards their is no response from their side tilldate and all their contact numbers are switched off.Due to this unwanted circumstances we are facing a lot of pressures from our clients.Therefore, We request the authority to kindly look into this matter.

Khan Gold Care
As per the advertisement in local newspaper (Sakal), I had also sent a cheque of 3700/- along with the important land document to Khan Gold Care. As per the advertisement a surveyor would be send to check the location within 40 days of sending the cheque. However, there is no response since then. The contact numbers are shut and the emails are not replied. Hence, I just tried to check the complaints filed against this fake company who also has a official website. Would like to register a complaint against Khan Gold Care. I would also like to know if any action is taken against such companies.

sir, i have also same case with khan gold care...i had complaint to local consumer center but, no response...
also i had wrote complaint on this site...but if there is no solution then what is meaning of writing ?
