Khazana Jewellers are a bunch of crooks.. may be we can call them cheaters.. when you enter any of their branches - you will find well mannered women - who would welcome you with a big smile and namaskar.. this is all ..
when you ask for price - they will give you one - and here you will also see that the wastage charges(dye cahrges they call I think) are also low - but here is the catch.. I am giving my personal example -
When I went to this Visakhapatnam branch sometime back - and enquired about 24 carat gold coin - they gave a price 2058 per gram (12th Nov 2010) - where as the actual closing price on 12th for 24 carat gold is Rs 2029/- on that day..when I asked them about this - they say that they have an association for this.. their branch manager Mr. Manoj was very rude..they asked me to show some proofs..I went with the daily news paper - then they say. that they have association - they have their own prices etc.. if they CHEAT people like this - they will not prosper..
their business model is very deceptive - lower the wastage level(dye charges) and increase the price.. People like me who used to believe Khazana as a good store.. will no longer go to Khazana..
I strongly advise people NOT TO VISIT or BUY anything from Khazana Jewellers (ALL BRANCHES)

I was advised by one of the staff that someone from legal team will contacting me however didn't receive any call followed up in regards to the same then guy from legal team contacted seems he is misogynist he doesn't allow me to speak he goes on and on, also harrassing me through out the conversation have to listen to his personal story that he has experience of 18 years and his Dad is district revenue officer not sure what it has to do with my complain. This guy agreed that holding my money for 31 months was wrong on Khazana's side .
I think Khazana has to provide extensive training for its staff in reference to customer service.
I can say if Khazana continues this way soon will disappear from the business.
The staff gang up against the customers with the support of Managing Director.. Staff provided me the details at the time of joining the scheme however at maturity they have placed me in the different scheme! Staff visited our place for collection they didn't provide any scheme card or passbook other than receipts., by looking at that as customers we wouldn't have clue which scheme we are in?
Been battling with this bunch of Moran's arrogant behavior, thick headed managing director who doesn't understand simple concept that customer's won't escalate the matter to this attention if the customers have received product and services as advised by their staff in first place.
