I ( Om Prakash ), a Bharat gas consumer. My consumer no. is 22295. The Bharat gas agency is Kheda Gas Service, shop no. 3893, Roshan Aara Road, Delhi - 110007. I booked gas cylinder online, reference no. is 17618048, dt.: 30-01-12. More than 17 days have passed but they have not delivered cylinder in spite of repeated reminders.
According to them, the supply period of cylinder is 15 days after booking. It is not first time.

Please do the needful.

I am a customer of Bharat Gas. Connection in the name of my father Om Prakash Joshi, Cons no. 22295. My distributor is M/s Kedha Das Service, shop no. 3893, Roshanara Road, Delhi -07. Our distributor is not suppling Gas cylinder on time. We have to call many times for receiving our cylinder in time.

My last booking references is 17618048 dt. 30-01-12. Today 16 days have passed, but we have not received cylinder till date. During telephonic conversation dt.11-02-12, receptionist of M/s Khedha Gas service, told me that Suppling period of cylinder is up to 15 days after booking and you will get cylinder in two days. But we not received our cylinder in time yet. Even, they do not receive our phone. we have to go their office directly. Its not first time.

Sir, you are requested to please solve our problme and do needful in our favor as soon as poosible.
