We have bought a 1500 KVA trnasformer from Kirloskar Electric CO. LTd, for supplying it to Railways for our 33/11 kV Sub-Station. It Failed within a Gurantee Period and from last 4 month we ar follwing company people with no result. After great persuant they have lifted the transformer for repairing , but after taking the transformer to their factory, they again become unapproachable for answering, when we will get our Transformer.
